You will be part of our HRIS Team under Business Applications, focusing on Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation. - Design, build, and maintain integrations across Workday, Greenhouse, and downstream HR, payroll, and finance systems. - Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Own critical data flows across recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and position management processes. - Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. - Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure system reliability. - Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve data quality. - Collaborate on HRIS transformation efforts, leveraging best practices, AI capabilities, and integration standards. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in Workday or HRIS integrations. - Strong expertise with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs – REST/SOAP). - Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and API-based integrations. - Proven track record building integrations across enterprise systems. - Strong understanding of HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, workforce management, in particular payroll, benefits, and compensation). - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. - Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
