Ocrolus

• Define the user experience for our digital product, including the creation of process artifacts such as User Journeys, Interaction patterns, task-flows, sketches, wireframes, and Visual Design • Take ownership of translating vague or qualitative customer feedback into actionable design hypotheses and workflow improvements • Proactively seek out friction in the product experience; bring forward design problems before they are assigned to you • Leverage AI-powered prototyping tools (including Claude, Replit, Figma Make, and similar) to rapidly generate interactive prototypes for fast feedback loops with stakeholders and customers • Translate AI-assisted prototypes into high-fidelity, developer-ready designs in Figma, ensuring engineers can pick up and implement designs with minimal ambiguity • Ask the right questions of stakeholders and customers upfront—surface the design inputs that matter and cut through noise to prioritize effectively • Partner with Product Management and UX Research to identify areas of friction in the mortgage lender workflow and drive design reviews in those areas • Look for opportunities to solve problems in unique and innovative ways and help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and platforms • Build functional prototypes to validate and test your designs

• Troubleshoot production issues affecting our operations with a sense of urgency. • Provide solutions to client reported issues for various projects. • Understand the application flows and processes. • Provide clear steps to reproduce an issue for engineering teams when a bug is identified. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) when needed. • Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and coming up with solutions to reduce or eliminate such issues. • SLA adherence for keeping applications running in a highly available environment. • Should be an excellent team player and should be able to take responsibility for driving tickets to resolution.

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Ocrolus's platform layer • Define platform abstractions and capabilities • Make prioritization decisions across competing BU needs • Own end-to-end human-in-the-loop learning systems • Partner with the Automation and ML teams to advance document accuracy • Drive product strategy for model orchestration • Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical platform features • Own the developer-facing surface area of Ocrolus • Define the platform contract that internal teams and external customers build against • Communicate platform strategy and tradeoffs to executive leadership • Lead a team of platform product managers

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining Microservices using Python. • Designing and developing cloud based software products conforming to industry best practices. • Build systems, services, and tools to handle new Ocrolus products and business requirements that securely scale over millions of transactions. • Build and scale our fast-growing online services and data pipelines. • Collaborate with other teams on security, reliability, and automation. • Supporting the testing process, troubleshooting issues and resolving them.

• Work closely with the CISO to build the product security strategy, roadmap, and metrics to measure and monitor product security posture. • Conduct design and architecture reviews for Ocrolus products and infrastructure. • Perform code reviews and application security assessments, including AI/LLMs. • Engage with the development teams to conduct secure design reviews/threat modeling exercises. • Identify vulnerabilities/threats that could affect Ocrolus products through independent research and work with the developers on workarounds/mitigation plans. • Be the go-to person for developers in solving critical issues relating to secure product development. • Run penetration testing targeting critical data, services, and environments. Report underlying security issues and propose enhanced security protections. • Write and disseminate security guidelines for common security issues, remediation, and security technology baselines. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure deployment of AI systems by staying updated on AI security best practices and executing adversarial testing strategies. • Guide engineering teams on secure coding and testing principles/practices. • Be a role model for the team and provide a healthy platform for learning and growth. Build relationships with stakeholders throughout the engineering and product organizations. • Spread security culture throughout the organization.

• Facilitate weekly in-person client meetings in order to build strong relationships focused on helping facilitate the change management process within SMB/Consumer clients • Identify opportunities to adjust client processes to maximize Ocrolus footprint • Operate as the central point of contact for assigned customer base • Coordinate with teammates working on the same account to provide consistent excellent service • Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion • Communicate client needs, demands and goals to our internal teams • Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients • Service multiple clients concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines • Keep records of client transactions • Forecast and track client account metrics • Be a vital part in helping not only the team, but the company grow

• Design and develop complex software systems and architectures. • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to create scalable and efficient software solutions. • Ensure high levels of performance, reliability, and security in the developed systems. • Document software designs, architecture decisions, and implementation details. • Continuously evaluate new technologies and industry trends. • Write, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust code using Python/Golang. • Review and provide feedback on code written by other engineers. • Ensure that software is rigorously tested to meet high-quality standards. • Mentor and guide junior engineers in their technical and professional development. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product features.

• Collaborate with designers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and visual solutions to ensure design consistency and cohesive brand representation across all channels. • Develop storyboards, visually appealing graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos that effectively convey the intended message and align with brand guidelines. • Create captivating motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including websites, social media and email campaigns. • Visual story from the given brief and can think outside the box. • Work on projects throughout from the storyboard stage to final animation. • Create high impact designs, illustrations and highly engaging animations and videos. • Staying up to date on the latest graphic design and video techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content. • Conduct quality checks on all designs and animations to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
