• Facilitate weekly in-person client meetings in order to build strong relationships focused on helping facilitate the change management process within Mortgage clients • Identify opportunities to adjust client processes to maximize Ocrolus footprint • Operate as the central point of contact for assigned customer base • Coordinate with teammates working on the same account to provide consistent excellent service • Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion • Communicate client needs, demands and goals to our internal teams • Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients • Service multiple clients concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines • Keep records of client transactions • Forecast and track client account metrics • Be a vital part in helping not only the team, but the company grow

• Craft and own the product roadmap for your team, and be responsible for setting priorities backed up by data and customer feedback. • Research competition, assess the markets, analyze data, and incorporate the learnings while crafting roadmaps and vision for the product. • Align teams (Engineering, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Document Writing, etc.) and functions at Ocrolus through process flows, business cases, strategy documents, specs, and designs. • Act as the SME for your products and maintain knowledge of competitive solutions. • Develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously, and report on milestones and deliverables. • Work with stakeholders across the business to identify new opportunities and educate them on how current technology-backed product offerings can better achieve their goals. • Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including phased rollout to customers and internal teams, quick iterations, and full-stack launches. • Outline the plan for achieving product success and maintain and update existing product features. • Work with analytics teams to develop dashboards and reports on key metrics; constantly monitor, report, and act on them to improve and optimize the product offering.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, or phone. • Handled incoming customer calls and worked on support tickets to resolve queries and ensure timely issue resolution. • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and issues. • Investigate and resolve customer complaints by collaborating with internal teams and utilizing SQL to extract or verify data. • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions. • Own end-to-end engineering execution: roadmap planning, sprint cadence, release quality and cross-team dependency management • Partner with the Product teams to align engineering capacity with product priorities; surface honest tradeoffs early • Drive a culture of high velocity and high trust — ship fast, learn fast, fix fast • Lead the engineering strategy for integrating LLMs, agentic workflows and AI-native development practices into Ocrolus products at scale • Drive adoption of modern developer productivity tools and AI-augmented engineering workflows across all teams • Define standards for AI output quality, hallucination control, cost governance and production reliability • Compress idea-to-ship cycles for GenAI features; set the bar for moving from prototype to production • Own the technical roadmap across distributed systems, platform architecture, scalability and reliability for your engineering domain • Set and enforce engineering standards: code quality, observability, incident response and security • Lead and grow a distributed engineering org across the US and India as one of three VP Engineering leaders; partner closely with peer VPs under the CTO • Manage directors and senior managers; coach them into leaders who scale with the company • Set the hiring bar, build the interview machine and recruit senior talent in a competitive AI-era market • Represent engineering at the executive level; contribute to the narrative on technology execution, risks and investments.

• Own the collection, analysis, and reporting of key platform metrics including system uptime, API latency, developer deployment frequency, and data quality scores. • Build and maintain dashboards to track platform health and adoption trends across internal consumers. • Proactively surface anomalies, regressions, or usage trends and translate them into clear product recommendations. • Support the PM in writing and maintaining PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions. • Document findings from stakeholder interviews, incident reviews, and backlog grooming sessions. • Gather and synthesize feedback from internal platform consumers such as application developers, data analysts, and other PMs to identify friction points and unmet needs. • Assist in running lightweight discovery sessions and translating qualitative feedback into structured problem statements. • Monitor data pipeline health and flag issues across ingestion, transformation, and delivery layers. • Work with Engineering and Data teams to validate data quality and ensure accuracy of reported metrics. • Track sprint progress, manage the product backlog under PM direction, and flag risks or blockers. • Assist in preparing materials for roadmap reviews, quarterly business reviews, and executive presentations. • Help coordinate dependency management across platform and application teams.
