• Engage customers on security-related products, architectures, and risk topics across the Veeam Data Platform (VDP). • Run readiness checks and lead data modeling to validate solution design and accelerate decisions. • Monitor attack surfaces and vulnerabilities (including DRMM scoring), track telemetry or recurring inspection signals, report trends, and capture potential health checks. • Validate designs to de-risk adoption and accelerate time to value. • Identify and articulate expansion opportunities; review consumption trends and schedule checkpoint reviews (with or without AE coordination). • Engage CISO/CIO stakeholders for risk, status, and opportunity discussions; synthesize inputs from account health and CSE-led QBRs. • Support AEs on security- and AI-driven expansion motions; influence roadmap priorities with CSE counterparts. • Operate as a pooled resource covering Enterprise and Commercial-Named accounts (generally $100K+ ARR), typically at a 1 Security Success Engineer to 6–8 CSE coverage ratio. • Note: Not the primary owner for Onboarding motions nor directly responsible for Renewals

• Own end-to-end engineering execution: roadmap planning, sprint cadence, release quality and cross-team dependency management • Partner with the Product teams to align engineering capacity with product priorities; surface honest tradeoffs early • Drive a culture of high velocity and high trust — ship fast, learn fast, fix fast • Lead the engineering strategy for integrating LLMs, agentic workflows and AI-native development practices into Ocrolus products at scale • Drive adoption of modern developer productivity tools and AI-augmented engineering workflows across all teams • Define standards for AI output quality, hallucination control, cost governance and production reliability • Compress idea-to-ship cycles for GenAI features; set the bar for moving from prototype to production • Own the technical roadmap across distributed systems, platform architecture, scalability and reliability for your engineering domain • Set and enforce engineering standards: code quality, observability, incident response and security • Lead and grow a distributed engineering org across the US and India as one of three VP Engineering leaders; partner closely with peer VPs under the CTO • Manage directors and senior managers; coach them into leaders who scale with the company • Set the hiring bar, build the interview machine and recruit senior talent in a competitive AI-era market • Represent engineering at the executive level; contribute to the narrative on technology execution, risks and investments.

Role Description In this role, your work will support Ivanti’s mission to enable smarter, more connected operations across the business. You will be part of our HRIS Team under Business Applications, focusing on Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation. - Design, build, and maintain integrations across Workday, Greenhouse, and downstream HR, payroll, and finance systems. - Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Own critical data flows across recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and position management processes. - Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. - Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure system reliability. - Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve data quality. - Collaborate on HRIS transformation efforts, leveraging best practices, AI capabilities, and integration standards. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in Workday or HRIS integrations. - Strong expertise with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs – REST/SOAP). - Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, and API-based integrations. - Proven track record building integrations across enterprise systems. - Strong understanding of HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, workforce management, in particular payroll, benefits, and compensation). - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. - Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Requirements - Experience integrating ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred). - Workday Integration Certification. - Experience supporting large-scale HR platforms or transformations. - Exposure to AI/automation capabilities within enterprise systems. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field.
