Medical Sales Representative – Central Nervous System

• Responsible for conducting medical visits and visits to designated sectors, representing the company to ensure demand generation and promotional commercial objectives in line with the company’s established strategies. • Plan, organize, control and follow visit routes/schedules, aiming to maximize daily productivity and complete the work cycle. • Perform professional activities in alignment with the company’s values; ensure that all available resources are used in accordance with Compliance, ethically and productively. • Proactively act on all aspects related to medical promotion, and interpret/analyze audit information to ensure the desired results. • Carry out planned contacts according to potential and manage service items and promotional materials according to established guidelines. • Maintain thorough knowledge of all products in your portfolio, mastering their features, advantages and benefits, and their positioning versus direct and indirect competitors, as well as the strategies defined by the company. • Establish contacts and obtain support from peers in other units, as well as retail colleagues, to clarify doubts and resolve any issues related to your area of responsibility. • Maintain close relationships with physicians and other customers involved and necessary for the development of your activities. • Understand and apply knowledge about the promoted products and their competitors, as well as the promotional materials. • Safeguard company assets such as: computer, company vehicle, support materials, samples, promotional materials, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or health-related areas.
  • Requirement: Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) in good standing.
  • Experience: Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industries.
  • Languages: Basic English desirable.
  • Technical skills: MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of auditing and market research tools.
  • Good knowledge of presentation and influencing techniques.
