Job Description

Senior Analyst II, Finance Transformation

CrowdStrike

• Provide Project Management support for cross-functional initiatives and projects for the Finance and Accounting organization including system implementations, operational improvements, and international expansion • Support Finance and Accounting budget reporting process and provide recurring status updates to track operational and initiative-based spend • Identify, document, and communicate risks encountered by in-flight projects, including escalation to Finance Transformation Business Partner, Initiative Leads, and Process Owners, if needed • Collect all required governance and/or project artifacts needed to document completion of standard project and SDLC milestones • Deliver end user trainings regarding optimal use of finance project management tools and supporting technologies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ total years of professional experience, 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Solid understanding of standard project management practices, tools, methods, and key application development lifecycle deliverables
  • Experience leading successful reporting optimization projects and comfort driving deliverables through project life cycles
  • Strong understanding of standard Finance and Accounting processes
  • Proven track record of creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to fine-tune communication style to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Outstanding planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities
  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement.
