Role Description The Provider Relations Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the organization’s regulatory, contracting, and payer-relations functions. This role is responsible for: - Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail - Managing user access to payer and regulatory portals - Assisting with provider credentialing documentation - Providing general administrative and operational support to the contracting and provider relations teams The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with sensitive information and multiple systems. • Design, implement, and operate production-grade APIs, services, and shared components, applying patterns that meet scalability, security, and performance needs • Define and maintain data standards and API contracts used to exchange data across systems and with external partners • Build and sustain developer tooling such as SDKs, CLIs, validators, generators, and test utilities that support adoption and long-term maintainability • Implement workflow automation and CI/CD (for example, through GitHub Actions) to enforce engineering standards and reduce manual operational work • Stand up and maintain cloud environments, infrastructure as code, and monitoring, where the role calls for it • Build accessible, mobile-first, and multilingual interfaces, where the role calls for it • Own clear, usable public documentation that drives adoption of open standards and tooling • Collaborate across disciplines to solve technical challenges, troubleshoot production issues, and communicate design decisions and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strengthen engineering practices through mentorship, code reviews, and pairing • Use AI tools responsibly to improve the quality and efficiency of your work, while reviewing everything they produce

• Create content like articles, guides, talks, videos, landing pages, and demos. • Develop integrations, plugins, and micro-sites. • Run programs like webinars and workshops • Partner with Marketing and Sales to embed developer voice in campaigns. • Collect feedback from the field and distill developer pain points for Product. • Maintain a high bar for technical knowledge to earn developer trust

• Lead, grow, and develop a multi-team organization of managers and senior engineers spanning Infrastructure Services and Developer Tooling. • Define and execute the vision for developer experience, including build, test, deployment, artifact management, internal platform capabilities, and AI-augmented developer workflows. • Own the strategy and rollout of AI tooling across the SDLC, including AI coding assistants, AI code review and PR automation, AI-assisted test generation, and AI engineering intelligence platforms. Drive adoption, measure impact, and ensure these tools are deployed safely and effectively. • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the systems that engineers depend on every day. • Drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines to be faster, more reliable, more self-service, and more secure, including embedding AI capabilities such as automated triage, intelligent test selection, and AI-assisted incident response. • Establish metrics and use them to drive measurable improvement in developer productivity. • Partner with security, legal, and AI leadership to set policy for AI-generated code, IP and licensing, data handling, model selection, and acceptable-use guardrails. • Partner with security, SRE, product engineering, architecture, and AI/ML teams to align on standards, golden paths, and shared platforms. • Own the budget, tooling investments, and vendor relationships for the developer experience portfolio, including AI tooling spend. • Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional engineering leaders and individual contributors.
