• Represent Agile Six at HHS-focused conferences, industry days, and partner events. Build visible presence across CMS, CDC, ACF, and adjacent agency communities. • Build relationships with program offices and partners that lead to real opportunity shaping across CMS, CDC, ACF, and adjacent social services agencies. Prioritize relationships that connect federal program intent to procurement reality. • Work directly with active HHS delivery teams to maintain client intelligence and identify expansion opportunities within existing programs. Where delivery relationships don't yet exist in a target agency, your BD work is what creates the foundation for them. • Evaluate potential opportunities against strategic fit, win probability, and delivery alignment. The HHS landscape is wide. Knowing what to pursue is as important as knowing what to avoid. • Stay ahead of procurement pipeline, competitive positioning, and market shifts across your target agencies. Understand how innovation offices, OIT structures, and cross-agency initiatives shape what actually gets procured and when. • Lead partner and teaming negotiations in a way that preserves delivery model integrity. Structure matters as much as relationship. • Work closely with the Communications and Proposals team on market research, RFP analysis, and proposal development. • Own and manage the social services BD pipeline with discipline and transparency. • Identify and develop subcontracting and teaming opportunities with large primes. Support joint venture pursuit through Intuitial Six and Theta Six. • Represent Agile Six's applied AI capabilities credibly in conversations with government stakeholders and partners. Use AI tools actively in your own BD practice including research, pipeline analysis, and competitive intelligence.

• Own end-to-end BD pipeline for DHA, MC&FP, Army IMCOM, MEDCOM, and warfighter family support agencies. Build the relationships, manage the pipeline, and identify the right opportunities before they become solicitations. • Identify, cultivate, and close teaming arrangements with mid and large prime contractors pursuing software modernization work in the military health and family benefits space. Prioritize partners who need modern HCD and AI-enabled delivery capability. • Activate Intuitial Six and Theta Six JV partnerships for 8(a) task order pursuit at DHA and DMDC. Work directly with JV partners to identify and close the first DoD task orders with Agile Six as named delivery sub. • Work directly with delivery leadership to ensure every teaming arrangement and pursuit is grounded in what we can actually execute. Our methodology is the differentiator. Protect it in how you structure deals. • Prioritize FFP subcontract arrangements that preserve team autonomy. This is our cultural non-negotiable and it is reflected directly in how we structure compensation. • Represent Agile Six at DHITS, HIMSS Federal, and other DoD health and military family program conferences. Be visible where DHA, DMDC, and MC&FP program managers go to learn and connect. • Serve as Agile Six's primary intelligence source on DHA and IMCOM procurement landscape, upcoming opportunities, and competitor positioning. Bring intelligence that shapes strategy, not reports that sit in a folder. • Represent Agile Six's applied AI capabilities credibly in program office and partner conversations. Use AI tools actively in your own BD practice including market research, pipeline analysis, and competitive intelligence. • Own and manage the DoD BD pipeline in Groundwork, our internal CRM, with the discipline and transparency we expect across the Market Development team.

• Shape the Practice: As the first dedicated SLED BD presence at Agile Six, you will have real influence over how we enter these markets, including positioning, capture approach, and teaming strategy for a market where our federal playbook won't translate directly. • Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute a market entry strategy for SLED, identifying the highest-probability entry points given Agile Six's existing capabilities and past performance in digital services and applied AI. • Customer and Partner Development: Build relationships with state and local program offices, procurement officials, and channel partners that lead to real opportunity shaping. Identify teaming partners, resellers, and cooperative purchasing relationships that can accelerate market entry. • Delivery-Informed BD: Work directly with delivery leadership to ensure BD strategy is grounded in what we can actually execute. In a market where we are building presence from scratch, overpromising is the fastest way to undermine the practice before it starts. • Opportunity Vetting: Build and qualify a pipeline of SLED opportunities focused on digital modernization, health and human services technology, and grants management. Not every open door is worth walking through. • Market and Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of SLED procurement vehicles, cooperative purchasing agreements, state-specific IT contract structures, and competitive positioning. Bring intelligence that shapes how we enter and where we prioritize. • Proposal and Solution Support: Develop Agile Six's positioning and capability narrative for SLED audiences, translating federal past performance into language that resonates with state and local buyers. Support SOQs, capability statements, and executive briefings. • Pipeline Management: Own and manage the SLED BD pipeline with discipline and transparency using Groundwork, our internal CRM. • AI-Informed Market Positioning: Represent Agile Six's applied AI capabilities credibly in conversations with state and local government stakeholders. Use AI tools actively in your own BD practice including research, pipeline analysis, and competitive intelligence.
