Role Description Pindrop is seeking a UKG Ready subject matter expert who can step in quickly, assess our implementation, learn our processes end-to-end, and begin driving improvements. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who knows the system deeply enough to identify issues, explain them clearly, and fix them proactively. - UKG Ready Assessment & Optimization - Assess the current implementation and document what’s working, what’s broken, and what’s missing. - Serve as Pindrop’s primary UKG Ready subject matter expert. - Build out and optimize UKG Ready modules relevant to Pindrop’s scale. - Design and implement automated workflows to improve data accuracy. - Configure manager and employee self-service functionality. - Data Integrity & Accuracy - Audit historical data sets and establish quality controls. - Own the technical connectivity between UKG Ready and downstream systems. - Build data integrity checks and automated reporting. - Partner with IT and Security on system governance. - Maintain a high standard of accuracy. - Education, Coaching & Collaboration - Explain the system to non-technical colleagues. - Train team members on UKG Ready administrative functions. - Document SOPs and approach knowledge transfer as an ongoing responsibility. - Bring a process improvement mindset. - Documentation & Knowledge Transfer - Document every configuration decision and workflow build. - Build and maintain a UKG Ready admin guide. - Deliver comprehensive knowledge transfer by the end of month 6. - Reporting & Analytics - Build and maintain HR dashboards and reporting in UKG Ready. - Partner with the Sr. Director of People Operations for reporting needs. - Establish reporting standards for the permanent HRIS function. Qualifications - 4+ years of hands-on UKG Ready ownership. - Experience assessing and optimizing an under-configured UKG Ready instance. - Experience with UKG Ready integrations. - Strong data integrity mindset. - Experience building HR dashboards and reporting within UKG Ready. - Experience training non-technical HR team members.
