• Conduct comprehensive security assessments and risk analyses of systems, networks, infrastructure, and applications to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvements across both on-premises and cloud postures. • Lead the design, development, and implementation of security controls, tool integrations, security log onboarding, incident response plans, and automation for compliance checks, alerts, and reporting. • Own and manage the administration of core security platforms and technologies, including EDR, SIEM, DLP, vulnerability management, firewalls, and web application firewalls. • Perform technical security assessments, penetration testing, code audits, and offensive/defensive security exercises to continuously evaluate, strengthen, and validate detection and response capabilities. • Utilize AI tools and methodologies to improve productivity, automate threat detection, vulnerability scanning, and alerting, proactively identifying and mitigating emerging threats. • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to internal teams on SIEM, Incident Response, WAF, and evidence requirements for frameworks such as ISO27001, SOC2, PCI DSS, and NIST. • Continuously monitor security events, lead security investigations, and coordinate incident response activities during active security breaches. • Stay current with emerging technologies (including AI, machine learning, and IoT risks), trends, threat intelligence, security certifications, and compliance regulations. • Proactively advocate for process improvement and security innovation across the organization. • Prepare and deliver documentation and dashboards for stakeholders and customers, conveying actionable insights from security-related activities and findings.
• Build and optimize core GTM systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce, LeanData, and Outreach, along with supporting tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and DealHub (CPQ). • Continuously improve lead-to-account matching and routing logic in LeanData to ensure speed, accuracy, and efficiency in lead distribution. • Design, build, and maintain scalable automations and workflows across Salesforce and integrated platforms to support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. • Identify and eliminate manual processes by implementing smart automation and system-driven workflows. • Troubleshoot complex system issues, including integration sync failures, routing errors, and data inconsistencies, and drive timely, reliable resolutions. • Create and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and change management practices to ensure system reliability and transparency. • Provide hands-on support and enablement to GTM teams, driving tool adoption, usability, and operational confidence.
• Be the technical visionary behind Pindrop’s multi-cloud platform across AWS and GCP, and Pindrop’s cross-product machine learning capabilities. • Shape the craft, engineering culture, engineering process, and engineering talent hiring and development across all product teams. • Own Pindrop’s core platform that supports both Pindrop Passport and Protect, including its roadmap, engineering delivery, process execution, quality, and timing. • Collaborate closely with the Chief Architect on technical vision, adapting principles to practices and techniques to achieve evolve-able architectures. • Build and foster engineering talent across the entire organization, enhancing and evolving the structure of career growth, onboarding, and retention. • Lay out processes to reduce or eliminate downtime, improve scalability and reliability, and implement a problem management process with a cohesive observability strategy. • Put in controls and processes to monitor and reduce cloud and data costs on an ongoing basis.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor high-performance backend services and APIs • Build and productionize backend services primarily in Golang • Collaborate closely with ML engineers and research teams to take models from experimentation to production • Develop and maintain services using AWS (Kinesis, DynamoDB, S3) and GCP native services • Deliver production-ready features end-to-end with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security • Diagnose and resolve production issues using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Google Logging, and Cloud Trace • Review code to uphold quality standards and promote best practices • Contribute to evolving backend and ML platform architecture • Participate in on-call rotation, including required night and weekend coverage

• Explore and build proof-of-concept AI agents to automate complex internal engineering workflows, such as incident analysis or code review summaries. • Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enable "chat with your data" capabilities for internal technical documentation and runbooks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement AI-driven fixes that improve efficiency and performance. • Test and document the use of emerging AI-assisted coding and monitoring tools to determine their viability for the broader engineering organization. • Participate in security-minded engineering, ensuring that automated workflows follow strict data hygiene and secrets management protocols.
• As the Senior Director for the Engineering organization, you will own the technical and people leadership for Pindrop’s core real-time, multi-signal fraud detection engine. • Define Engineering Strategy: Set the technical vision for the Protect platform, ensuring it remains the industry-leading risk engine for accuracy and signal depth. • Scale High-Performing Teams: Lead and develop a high performing engineering team that delivers world class products. • Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of complex initiatives across multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP), balancing speed with long-term technical health. • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Research, Product, Security, and Executive leadership to align the Protect roadmap with business goals and customer needs. • Operational Standards: Establish architectural and engineering excellence standards that ensure the Protect engine delivers the best fraud detection rate at massive scale.

Communicate these risks to internal and external stakeholders and build a plan of action. • Research and evaluate vendor and open source tools and their security and manage their compliance with security practices. • Manage and collaborate with internal and external teams to answer customer questionnaires, compliance audits and represent security internally and externally. • Oversee security awareness and phishing campaigns, and drive security maturity initiatives. • Define and own GenAI security, policies, standards, governance, monitoring, integrations. • Manage security architecture and security engineering for GenAI systems and their integrations in CI/CD, including LLMs, RAG, agents, APIs, and integrations. • Design, implement, and improve controls for access management, data protection, prompt injection, misuse, and model-related threats. • Conduct threat modeling, design reviews, access reviews, and security assessments. • Build or guide security tooling, automation, and secure development practices for AI and product teams. • Establish monitoring and lead response for AI-specific and traditional security threats. • Lead incident response, including investigation, containment, remediation, and lessons learned. • Coordinate vulnerability management, including identification, prioritization, remediation tracking, and partnership with engineering teams. • Support core security operations including security alert response and cross-functional security coordination. • Represent security in internal and external meetings to discuss security analysis, findings and security/compliance responses. • Review past incidents and identify attack trends. Finetune and reconfigure alerts based on prior incidents to improve detection.
