• The Staff Accountant supports accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for the organization. • This role owns assigned general ledger accounts from transaction processing through reconciliation and analysis, supports monthly close activities, and partners with internal teams to ensure proper accounting treatment in a fast-paced advertising agency environment. • The Staff Accountant serves as the primary accounting resource for payroll-related transactions, incentive compensation accounting, treasury activities, and selected compliance functions. • This role will lead the implementation of a scalable commission and incentive management solution and support ongoing process improvements that increase automation, accuracy, and efficiency across Finance.

• Review contracts and contract documentation to ensure revenue and related accounts are presented accurately according to ASC 606 • Perform revenue activities and balance sheet reconciliations as part of the monthly close process • Work closely with the billing and collections team to resolve customer payment issues • Assist with order management functions, including monitoring the integration between Salesforce and NetSuite, and ensuring orders are transferred accurately and completely • Partner with the legal, business operations, and sales on contract negotiations and deal structure to ensure revenue recognition compliance • Document revenue processes and controls, implement improvements, and drive automation initiatives • Work closely with business operations team to build and test system configurations based on provided requirements and use cases • Assist external auditors on revenue related requests and documentation • Assist with ad-hoc projects for the Corporate Controller and Senior Revenue Manager as they arise

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities across multiple entities. • Process and maintain accounts payable transactions. • Perform daily and monthly cash postings and reconciliations. • Prepare and post payroll journal entries. • Record accruals and other month-end journal entries. • Reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts. • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. • Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness. • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances. • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation. • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes through automation and technology.
