• Own marketing contribution to pipeline creation, progression, and revenue outcomes across target segments • Identify and prioritize high-value accounts, active opportunities, and revenue-critical segments • Plan and execute integrated campaigns (ABM, lifecycle, outbound support, paid media) • Partner with Sales and RevOps to align pipeline targets, coverage, and prioritization • Analyze funnel performance (Lead → Meeting → Opportunity → Close) and optimize conversion rates and pipeline velocity • Identify and address conversion gaps across messaging, targeting, channel mix, and follow-up strategies • Support deal acceleration through targeted campaigns, pipeline reactivation, and account-specific programs • Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, web, and outbound channels • Leverage AI and automation tools to scale campaign development, testing, and execution • Own campaign messaging, targeting strategy, and performance outcomes • Measure pipeline contribution, campaign performance, and revenue impact using attribution tools • Analyze channel effectiveness and optimize marketing investments based on ROI insights • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand/Content, RevOps, and Sales teams to align on execution and revenue goals
• Build and lead the Product Operations function to support scalable, efficient product development • Establish best practices across the product lifecycle (discovery, prioritization, delivery, measurement) • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success • Oversee release management and support go-to-market coordination with Product Marketing • Lead planning processes (quarterly/annual planning, OKRs, roadmap alignment) • Improve prioritization frameworks aligned to company strategy and outcomes • Translate business goals into clear product initiatives • Own and optimize Productboard for product insights, prioritization, and roadmap communication • Define and track product OKRs, KPIs, and operational metrics • Build reporting to measure product performance and team effectiveness • Provide visibility into progress, risks, and opportunities • Improve communication and transparency across teams • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support go-to-market alignment • Establish feedback loops to capture and act on customer and internal insights

• Collect, manage, and transform large-scale raw data from multiple sources into structured, reliable, and usable formats that meet business and analytical requirements. • Design, develop, and maintain data architectures, pipelines, and applications using appropriate tools and frameworks to support scalable data processing and product development. • Build and maintain robust extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes that ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and availability across systems. • Perform root cause analysis to identify data issues, system inefficiencies, or process gaps, and implement improvements that enhance data quality and operational performance. • Work in an agile Scrum environment by contributing to sprint planning, development tasks, testing, and sprint reviews to deliver reliable and scalable data solutions
• Lead a high-performing product marketing team, ensuring stellar performance in our go-to-market initiatives. • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature enhancements. • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences. • Establish pricing and packaging frameworks in collaboration with Product and Finance. • Partner closely with Sales Enablement to deliver compelling tools—pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive battle cards, demos, and FAQs—to equip our Sales and Client Services team. • Research target markets, emerging trends, and shifts in customer needs to inform strategic decision-making and market size estimates. • Incorporate competitive intelligence programs, translating market insights into actionable sales enablement and positioning strategies. • Represent the voice of the customer through buyer research, win/loss analysis, and ongoing market segmentation.

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex analytical workstreams from problem framing through final insights. • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for client decision-making. • Develop executive-ready narratives, visualizations, and presentations that clearly communicate key findings. • Ensure insights are structured to support strategic decisions and transformation initiatives. • Ensure data accuracy, methodological consistency, and alignment with delivery standards. • Review and validate analytical work from Senior Analysts and Analysts to maintain quality and rigor. • Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, data transformations, and analytical assumptions. • Monitor analytical workflows to ensure timeliness, efficiency, and risk mitigation. • Develop templates, standard modules, and reusable analytical assets for current and future engagements. • Identify opportunities to improve analytical processes, methodologies, and standardization. • Support the assessment of analytical feasibility, complexity, and effort for proposed workstreams. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure analytical outputs align with project objectives.
• Analyze, evaluate, and improve the quality of multilingual text classifier outputs. • Partner with linguistics and engineering teams to develop and refine language-specific parsers. • Translate and validate taxonomy content such as Skills, Titles, and Occupations from English to Thai (and/or Thai to English as needed). • Identify patterns in data errors and contribute to ongoing improvements in rules, logic, and workflows. • Document findings clearly and follow established processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Support the delivery of customer-facing data shares and listings across platforms • Build an understanding of customer use cases and how Lightcast data is consumed across external data platforms • Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Support backlog prioritization and ensure engineering teams are unblocked and delivering against roadmap commitments • Maintain and publish datasets across Snowflake Secure Shares/Marketplace, Databricks Delta Sharing, BigQuery Analytics Hub, and S3 delivery • Ensure data listings and entitlements are accurate and delivered within SLAs • Support the definition and maintenance of data contracts, including schemas, versioning, and deprecation processes • Monitor data quality (freshness, null values, duplicates) and flag issues • Contribute to product launches through documentation, changelogs, and internal enablement
