Communications Manager

Role Description The Communications Manager is a skilled communicator and organized executor who helps bring eXp's communications strategy to life. This role owns a wide range of initiatives from email campaigns and lifecycle communications to marquee event messaging and works closely with teams across Marketing, Creative, and Events to ensure every audience receives clear, compelling, on-brand communication. How you will make an impact: - Content & Channel Execution: - Develop, edit, and execute communications across email, internal platforms, web, event campaigns, and additional digital channels. - Maintain brand alignment and messaging consistency across all outputs and audience segments. - Independently manage communications projects from brief through execution, including planning, content development, stakeholder coordination, approvals, scheduling, and reporting. - Lifecycle Communications: - Execute and optimize segmented email campaigns, nurture journeys, audience targeting, and communication cadences in HubSpot. - Build and manage workflow automation to support engagement across multiple audience segments. - Track performance metrics and engagement analytics to support campaign optimization. - Event Communications: - Own end-to-end communications execution for major company initiatives and marquee events, including eXpcon. - Manage the full attendee communications journey from promotion and registration through event engagement and post-event follow-up. - Coordinate timelines, audience segmentation, speaker and leadership messaging, and cross-channel campaign execution to support attendance and overall event experience. - Audience Engagement: - Deliver clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate messaging across prospective agents, current agents, internal staff, brokerage leaders, and event attendees. - Develop a strong working understanding of entrepreneurial and agent-centric audiences to ensure communications resonate at every stage. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner closely with Creative, Digital, Events, and business-line stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency and seamless execution. - Serve as a reliable, organized project partner who keeps initiatives on track and stakeholders aligned. Qualifications - 4–7 years in communications, content marketing, corporate communications, lifecycle marketing, public relations, or event communications. - Proven track record of independently managing communications projects with minimal oversight. - Experience supporting large-scale conferences, corporate events, or franchise audience campaigns strongly preferred. - Interest in and understanding of entrepreneurial and agent-focused audiences strongly preferred. - Background in real estate, franchising, professional services, or agency environments is a plus. Requirements - HubSpot: Working knowledge of email marketing, segmentation, workflow automation, and reporting. - Content & Copywriting: Proven ability to write and edit across formats, audiences, and channels. - Email & Digital Channels: Experience executing high-volume campaigns across email, web, and event communications platforms. - Analytics & Reporting: Comfortable working with campaign performance data to inform optimization. - Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project tracking and cross-functional coordination tools is a plus.
