• Manage and oversee the organization's operational budget, ranging from $25,000,000 to $75,000,000, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic allocation of resources. • Provide leadership and direction to the Finance team, including hiring, training, and performance management. • Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and projections to inform decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization. • Coordinate the annual audit process, including preparing for and facilitating the federal single audit and IRS 990 filings. • Oversee grant accounting activities, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with grant requirements. • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. • Collaborate with NNPHI’s directors and their portfolio to support organizational goals and initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations as needed. • Stay updated on current trends and best practices in nonprofit finance and accounting.

• Provide project management support to EHEP’s current work related to STIs. • Work closely with the Senior Public Health Analyst on a cooperative agreement with CDC focused on providing proactive and individualized technical assistance. • Advance the Policy Innovation Exchange (PIX) project independently and collaboratively. • Expand internal and external partnerships, and leverage NNPHI’s network capacity in areas related to HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STDs, and TB prevention, policy and public health. • Inform and contribute to the design, implementation, and execution of PIX deliverables.

• Work independently and collaboratively to lead projects within the Research and Evaluation team • Provide high-level support to NNPHI leadership and staff, public health institutes, funders, and other partner organizations • Develop and manage timelines, contracting, scope of work and budget management • Build and maintain effective working relationships with funders, partners, contractors, and project participants/collaborators • Lead research-related activities, including literature reviews and environmental scans • Synthesize data from multiple sources and interpreting findings • Present study findings to community and stakeholder audiences • Lead the development of grant proposals and reports to funders • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to document and share lessons learned • Identify technological tools to enhance NNPHI's capacity and programs
