Role Description This position coordinates the flow of documentation from the office to the agents, and other real estate companies involved in the contract. It requires maximum attention to detail and high organizational skills. This person must give high attention to the details of the contract and the flow of information. - Searches Listing File for contract Documentation - Reviews Transaction docs - Solely responsible for the accuracy of processing the deal files from the time the deal is entered to closing - Enters data into appropriate platforms - Confirms that all required documentation are uploaded - Follows up with agents for missing items - Follow Transaction procedure as outlined by the Team Lead in appropriate platforms - Enters information into appropriate platforms - Transaction reporting - Confirms commissions with other brokerage - Sends transaction docs to lawyer or other officials, as necessary - Prints Weekly/Monthly List of Contracts Closing and Follows up on Outstanding - Reports outstanding issues to Agents and Designated Managing Broker - Tracks all closings and follows up on cheques that have not arrived - Completes weekly flash reports as they pertain to # of sales and listings on a weekly basis - Teaches how to use local transaction platform - Provides other transaction and agent details reporting as required - Maintains MIS reports - Assists with the monthly newsletter Qualifications - Bachelor degree, or relevant experience in the real estate sector - 1+ years of experience in real estate back end transactions processing required - Computer experience essential - Knowledge of Real Estate transaction legal documentation strongly preferred - Basic knowledge of the local Real Estate Transaction requirements & RERA guidelines - Knowledge of Excel - Must be responsible, dependable and trustworthy - Task-oriented, organized, pays attention to details, follows systems, team-worker - Ability to build relationships with agents, conveyors, notaries, Designated Managing Broker - Works well under time restraints Benefits - Fully remote environment - Company provided equipment - Amazing company culture EEO Statement We believe strongly in the value of diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed. This is a reimagined Editor-in-Chief role—designed for a lean, high-performance, AI-assisted environment. The Editor-in-Chief serves as both editorial visionary and hands-on operator, responsible for shaping the voice of SUCCESS, determining what stories are told, and ensuring each issue is executed with excellence across print and digital platforms. Operating within a small, high-impact team, this role requires a “player-coach” mindset. The Editor-in-Chief works directly in the content—writing, editing, guiding contributors, and collaborating cross-functionally—while also owning an AI-assisted editorial workflow that increases speed, efficiency, and output quality.
