• This role brings deep expertise in gaming investment and deal-making into the Investor and Startup Programme infrastructure. • The primary mandate is designing the investment programmes and deal-making activations that make Gaming event the strongest investment event in the global gaming calendar. • Design investment programmes and deal-making formats for gaming conference that attract international investors, publishers, and funds and set a global standard for capital-meets-talent events. • Build and own the gaming investor pipeline from scratch, identify gaming VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds with gaming mandates, angel networks, and accelerator programmes, and conduct targeted outreach. • Manage the investor application and vetting process verifying fund credentials, investment thesis alignment, and genuine intent to engage with gaming studios and founders. • Develop the content and format for all gaming investment activations: reverse pitches, hosted buyer programmes, closed-door investor roundtables, and live deal-making showcases. • Work with the B2B Content Producer to ensure the investment content track is credible, current, and attracts the right calibre of participant. • Design the investor experience end-to-end, investor lounge, curated sessions, concierge meetings, and investor-only programming that delivers a premium environment. • Own the investor-side matchmaking process by working with internal teams to ensure match quality and deal relevance are high. • Manage investor delegate communications, matchmaking logistics, and on-site facilitation to ensure the programme delivers real outcomes, not just introductions. • Track and report on investment programme outcomes: deals initiated, capital committed, follow-up meetings generated. • Support the investor programme across other Investor & Startup program portfolio events contributing investor relationships, outreach, and programming input where sector knowledge adds value. • Contribute to investor outreach campaigns across portfolio events with the marketing and cross-functional teams. • Provide investor program cover for senior team members during high-volume pre-event and on-ground periods. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records in internal management tools covering fund details, investment thesis, meeting history, and post-event feedback. • Track investor programme KPIs across assigned events: investor count, AUM represented, meetings held, investment signals generated, and investor NPS. • Conduct post-event investor debriefs, gather feedback, and share improvement recommendations with the program lead. • Maintain and nurture investor relationships year-round, ensuring warm relationships carry forward into future editions. • Develop new ideas for value-driven investor programme features and lead on concept note development for future editions.

Job Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in investor relations, investor programme management, or VC/LP engagement ideally within an event, ecosystem, or gaming industry context.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the gaming investment landscape: VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds with gaming mandates, angel networks.
  • Demonstrable experience curating and managing high-touch investor experiences, not just registration and logistics, but genuine investor engagement design.
  • Strong existing network within the gaming and tech investment community, particularly in MENA, APAC, or Europe.
  • Understanding of how the gaming investment chain works from pre-seed accelerators through to sovereign capital deployment.
  • Sector knowledge in cybersecurity, fintech, or other technology verticals is an advantage for cross-portfolio event support.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, able to manage senior investor relationships with professionalism and discretion.
  • Comfortable working across multiple simultaneous events with different investors, geographies, and sector focuses.
  • Experience with investor management platforms, CRM tools, and event management systems.
  • Strong written English is mandatory; Arabic is a meaningful advantage.
