IT Recruitment Specialist

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting vacancy announcements, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and supporting new hires through the onboarding process. • Identify and attract qualified IT talent from both domestic and international markets through a variety of sourcing techniques, such as: direct outreach to passive candidates, partnerships with recruitment agencies, collaboration with universities, social media engagement, and professional networking. • Maintain and expand the candidate database within the ATS to ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. • Proactively identify and engage high-potential professionals to develop a pool of skilled candidates • Evaluate candidate qualifications against role specifications, conduct interviews, and assess overall suitability for open positions. • Serve as a key contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, fostering positive relationships and providing guidance to successful hires to support performance and job satisfaction. • Represent the organization at career fairs, recruitment events, and international employment exhibitions to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent. • Contribute to a range of HR initiatives, including employer branding, talent development, employee onboarding, and related projects. • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Job Requirements
- University/College degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Computer Science, or another relevant discipline.
- Master Degree on HR or Business Administration will be considered as asset
- Minimum 3 years of previous work experience in IT Recruitment, ideally in a technology driven business
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and verbal). Knowledge of any another European language would be considered as asset
- Understanding of generative AI applications in recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment marketing would be considered as strong asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills
