Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in international recruitment (in-house or agency) with ownership of full-cycle hiring.
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills (daily work in English; confident stakeholder management).
  • A genuinely data-driven mindset: comfortable tracking funnel metrics and using numbers to guide decisions.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to engage and close senior and hard-to-reach candidates.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Nice-to-have:**
  • Recruiting experience in construction, architecture, design, real estate development, or adjacent domains.
  • Engineering education or a strong analytical/technical background that helps you understand complex profiles faster.
  • Portuguese fluency.

Benefits

  • Remote collaboration.
