We are seeking a highly motivated CGI Designer to join our Design team within the real estate development business and work on signature hospitality projects. In this role you will be required to produce 3D-models and Visualisations that display the design intent. You will be working mostly on Concept Stage designs, so it is important to be very efficient both in 3D modelling and rendering. As part of the team you will be working closely with the Design Director, developing sketches into architectural concepts and collaborate with both teams of exterior and interior designers. You will work across all design stages with a focus on technical development - from RIBA Stage 3 through construction, ensuring that the project’s quality, constructability, and coordination are preserved throughout. You will collaborate with the broader design and engineering team and serve as a key point of contact for design problem-solving, system integration, and detailing. This role is focused on the later design phases. Personal engagement in RIBA 3-5 will be around 75%, with early-stage design support and feasibility input up to 25%. • Conduct initial site surveys of newly acquired plots and development sites, documenting existing terrain, infrastructure, boundaries, elevations, and overall site conditions prior to construction commencement. • Perform regular monthly site visits to active construction projects worldwide to execute as-built surveys and monitor construction progress. • Verify and document the accuracy of executed works compared to architectural drawings, engineering plans, BIM models, and approved construction documentation. • Identify deviations, inconsistencies, construction tolerances, and potential technical issues between the designed project and the actual built conditions. • Produce detailed survey reports, progress documentation, measurements, photographic records, and technical assessments for internal technical and management teams. • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and technical consultants to ensure project execution aligns with design intent and quality standards. • Maintain accurate records of project status, progress milestones, and survey data across all active developments. • Support quality control processes by ensuring construction accuracy, dimensional compliance, and adherence to project specifications. • Utilize modern surveying technologies and software, including GPS/GNSS equipment, total stations, drones, laser scanning, CAD, and BIM-related tools. • Travel extensively internationally to oversee and inspect multiple luxury construction projects simultaneously.
