• Execute precision mechanical work in high-voltage electrical substations across diverse geographical regions under the guidance of senior technicians • Work side-by-side with experienced Field Service Technicians to learn transformer maintenance, service procedures, and troubleshooting techniques • Apply technical, mechanical, or military-acquired skills to real-world field service applications • Conduct equipment inspections and diagnostic assessments to support preventive maintenance efforts • Assist in servicing and repairing transformer systems using established processes and tools • Learn to analyze technical data and apply findings to critical customer challenges • Operate Vacuum Oil Processors (VOPs) and oil handling equipment with training and oversight • Maintain accurate processing logs and support transformer testing activities • Utilize digital tools and software platforms for documentation and site reporting • Collaborate with engineering teams, senior field staff, and customers to support maintenance strategies • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and internal procedures

• Act as our company’s field representative at critical and highly sensitive base and remote locations. • Support hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on complex integrated network systems. • Support regular, special, and integrated system test programs, including scenario-based testing, developmental testing (DT), and operational testing (OT). • Represent customer requirements in L3Harris ForceX’s Agile/Scrum software development cycle. • Maintain ForceX’s exceptional reputation through positive customer interaction. • Work autonomously on complex assignments to achieve operational targets which have moderate impact on overall results for the team.

• Provide Level 3 support for complex network, server, virtualization, and infrastructure issues. • Support VMware-to-Hyper-V migration initiatives utilizing Veeam technologies. • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and firewall environments. • Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. • Support Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms. • Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, server, and infrastructure issues. • Support onboard data center operations including rack-and-stack activities, cabling, hardware upgrades, and equipment replacement. • Execute maintenance activities and infrastructure upgrades with minimal operational impact. • Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations. • Coordinate with remote engineering teams and client stakeholders. • Serve as the lead onsite technical representative for Connection.
