• Carrying out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pump systems at end customers and plant operators • Providing service-oriented advice to our customers and heating company clients by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service within the extended radius of your service area • Participating in on-call duty with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients • Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment • Track and manage parts/tools • Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment • Ensure overall customer satisfaction • Diagnose system problems and make repairs • Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or a down system situation • Complete machine installations, Engineering Change Notices that affect system upgrades, and Hardware /Software upgrades that may require technical assistance • Any other job responsibilities as assigned within scope of position. • deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve advanced robotic systems operating in customer facilities across the Western U.S. • own a territory anchored in California's Inland Empire — our Southern California cluster (Ontario, Perris, Fullerton) • regular travel to Northern California (Stockton, Belmont) and surge, deployment, and NPI support nationwide as the fleet scales • keep the fleet happy and the customers happier • document every failure and root-cause to feed into the next generation of our product • Level II: independently own preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across your territory • Level III: serve as the regional escalation point for the West Coast — the call the rest of the field makes when they're stuck

• Perform quality installation and service on all vehicle-wash equipment and accessories • Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues • Provide personalized customer service • Develop and maintain rapport with customers • Make beneficial recommendations regarding technical maintenance • Enter information into the company computer system per training requirements • Daily travel in the service area
