Senior Specialist, Field Engineer – DLA

• Act as our company’s field representative at critical and highly sensitive base and remote locations. • Support hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on complex integrated network systems. • Support regular, special, and integrated system test programs, including scenario-based testing, developmental testing (DT), and operational testing (OT). • Represent customer requirements in L3Harris ForceX’s Agile/Scrum software development cycle. • Maintain ForceX’s exceptional reputation through positive customer interaction. • Work autonomously on complex assignments to achieve operational targets which have moderate impact on overall results for the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Secret Clearance required.
- 3+ years of experience with cUAS technologies or similar defense/security systems.
- Experience with diagnostic tools and test equipment.
- Familiar with military standards and technical documentation.
- Experience assisting in the development of test cases to properly validate software features.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years prior related experience or 2-year post-Secondary/Associate’s degree with 6 years of prior related experience.
- Holder of a Department of Defense Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) required.
- Experience with related technologies such as radar systems, electronic warfare, or surveillance systems.
- Two (2) or more years of experience troubleshooting technical and/or software products required.
- Appropriate technology industry certifications such as CompTIA’s A+/Network+/Security+/Server+, Cisco CCNA/CCDA, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, etc. strongly preferred.

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients • Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment • Track and manage parts/tools • Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment • Ensure overall customer satisfaction • Diagnose system problems and make repairs • Keep customer apprised of progress during maintenance or a down system situation • Complete machine installations, Engineering Change Notices that affect system upgrades, and Hardware /Software upgrades that may require technical assistance • Any other job responsibilities as assigned within scope of position.
