• Drive successful implementations for Construction-specific accounts with customers ranging from $1M – 50M+ in annual revenue • Manage up to 25 implementations simultaneously • Deliver advanced training, consulting, and implementation services • Perform "Discovery" consultations to uncover additional products and services • Deliver on-site training as a professional technical representative • Support customer success through technical product implementation, consulting, mentoring, training, and support services
Job Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar AECO fields
- 3-5 years of Subcontractor, General Contractor, and/or Owner/Developer industry experience
- Thorough understanding of Construction Project Lifecycles
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
