• The Sales Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for acquiring new Atrium clients and retaining existing ones by executing the Atrium Sales Process. • This includes securing introduction calls, diagnosing client needs, presenting tailored Atrium solutions, conducting formal presentations and demonstrations, providing quotes, and finalizing agreements. • Additionally, SAEs manage client relationships through renewals, upselling, and periodic health checks to ensure client satisfaction. • This role requires strong communication and organization skills, with occasional travel (up to 25%). • Develop and maintain written account plans to retain and grow strategic client relationships, including revenue and relationship goals. • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and document client feedback. • Drive and process orders for Atrium and third-party add-ons.

Overview The Implementation Specialist is responsible for configuring and deploying Atrium Campus solutions, with a primary focus on Atrium Admin configuration. This role works closely with Implementation Project Managers to execute system setup, validate configurations, and ensure accurate, high-quality deployments. The initial focus of this role will be deep proficiency in Atrium Admin configuration. Over time, the Implementation Specialist could be expected to expand expertise into additional modules including Meal Plan Portal, Atrium Connect, Mobile Credentials, Access Control and Card Production. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, systems-minded individual who enjoys technical problem-solving and building repeatable configuration excellence. What You’ll Do Atrium Admin Configuration (Primary Focus) - Configure Atrium Admin settings, permissions, roles, and system parameters. - Set up accounts, tenders, reporting structures, and administrative controls. - Validate configuration accuracy through structured testing. - Identify potential risks or misalignments before go-live. - Document configuration decisions and maintain internal standards. Implementation Support - Partner with Implementation Project Managers to execute project configuration tasks. - Participate in internal and client-facing meetings as needed to clarify requirements. - Track assigned tasks and maintain updates in project management systems. - Assist with testing, validation, and go-live readiness. Required Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in SaaS configuration, system administration, technical implementations, or related roles. - Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving ability. - Comfort working within system configuration environments. - Ability to manage multiple tasks across concurrent projects. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with higher education technology, campus card systems, access control, or identity management platforms. - Familiarity with Atrium platform - Experience writing or interpreting basic SQL queries. • Full-Cycle Sales Support • Transaction Management - Generate, review and process accurate estimates, sales orders, and invoices using Zoho Books • Order Processing - Create quotes and place orders for clients, using Zoho CRM cases, with a focus on Point of Sale orders. • Vendor Partnerships - Work with third party vendors, with a focus on Point of Sale, to ensure equipment is properly ordered, delivered and invoiced correctly. • Customer Communications - Communicate positively and effectively with clients regarding their accounts and orders. • Add On Process – Execute processes to add new capabilities to existing client agreements including synchronizing them into the client’s annual billing invoice and handoff to AtriumCare. • Product Knowledge - To best serve clients and support the sales process, continue to gain knowledge of Atrium and third party partner product offerings. Serve as the main sales operations point of contact for third party Point of Sale solutions. • Client Lifecycle Management • Client Onboarding Process – Onboard new clients, including preparing and issuing partner purchase orders, and sharing order status with the implementation team. • Client Renewal Process – Work with the sales team to support the client renewal process. • Client Offboarding Process - When necessary, execute client offboarding, including CRM management and cancellation of third party recurring services. • CRM Management - Manage cases in Zoho CRM, ensuring they move through the sales cycle in an efficient and timely manner, following up with clients, vendors, and Atrium personnel as needed. • Data Cleanup Projects - Work with operations and other company stakeholders to assist with data cleanup projects, focusing on scaling and efficiency. • Cross-functional Collaboration - As needed, work across all Atrium departments to streamline business practices and efficiencies. • Work with finance on annual invoices to clients, ensuring add-ons have been properly documented and billed, and pricing has been adjusted accordingly based on contract terms. • Collaborate on changes and adjustments to sales and purchase orders as scope changes for initial go-lives or add-ons. • Work on quotes and add-ons for existing clients with Atrium Care Managers, while ensuring client account accuracy. • Work with marketing to ensure alignment on sales initiatives, data accuracy, and process improvements.
