• Leads discovery engagements to understand customer business objectives, workflows, and technical requirements • Designs solution architectures aligned to ARKANCE offerings, Autodesk technologies, and industry best practices; balances value, complexity, and delivery feasibility • Partners with Sales to develop account knowledge, deal strategies, and customer engagement plans • Delivers tailored product presentations, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs; provides competitive analysis throughout the sales cycle • Prepares scopes of work, estimates, and proposal inputs; ensures solutions are accurately scoped, clearly documented, and aligned with delivery capabilities • Supports customer success through technical implementation, consulting, mentoring, and training services when required • Provides technical guidance to PS delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered as intended • Contributes to development of best practices, templates, demos, and sales enablement materials • Represents ARKANCE through industry events, presentations, and thought leadership activities

• Serve as a trusted technology advisor • Deliver training programs and consulting services for Autodesk products • Provide ongoing technical support and implementation services • Conduct customized technical demonstrations for customers • Mentor customers through complex technical challenges • Support sales team with product demonstrations for revenue growth

• Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, Process Pipe and/or Electrical BIMs • Lead BIM Coordination meetings and exhibit a strong understanding of construction principles. • Support room for our trades in the interstitial space • Collaborating with other disciplines and provide subject matter leadership to the delivery team(s) when needed • Aiding in the creation of Revit families, as needed • Assist with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities. • Complete weekly accounting of time through entry of digital timesheets. • Typical Time allocation Targets for BIM Engineers are as follows: o 85%-95% Billable hours o 5%-15% Overhead hours *Individual targets may vary based on assignments and initiatives tasked to the team member. • All other duties as assigned • Duties and assignments are subject to change

• Partner with Sales to support BIM services opportunities from qualification through close • Engage directly with customers to understand project deliverable needs, challenges, and goals • Translate customer needs into scoped BIM solutions and service proposals • Define level of effort, approach, and delivery strategy for BIM engagements

• Lead client consulting efforts related to BIM, VDC, and Revit Production • Develop and deliver recommendations and proposals • Coordinate with team members • Maintain strong client relationships • Collaborate with ARKANCE teams

• Drive successful implementations for Construction-specific accounts • Manage up to 25 implementations simultaneously • Deliver advanced training, consulting, and implementation services • Perform "Discovery" consultations to uncover customer needs • Develop detailed proposal documentation • Deliver on-site training as a professional technical representative • Support customer success through technical product implementation

• Deliver comprehensive training programs, consulting services, and implementation support for Autodesk products and other ARKANCE US solutions • Provide ongoing technical support to customers, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of technology solutions • Conduct customized technical demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs and requirements • Mentor and guide customers through complex technical challenges and workflow optimization • Partner with Sales team members to develop and present compelling product demonstrations that drive revenue growth • Conduct competitive analysis comparing Autodesk products against competing solutions throughout the sales cycle • Support trade show activities and industry events through technical presentations and product demonstrations • Follow up with technical leads to provide additional information and answer complex technical questions • Complete accurate weekly digital timesheet entries for project tracking and billing purposes • Participate in continuous learning initiatives to maintain cutting-edge expertise with evolving technologies • Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge sharing initiatives

• Drive successful implementations for Construction-specific accounts with customers ranging from $1M – 50M+ in annual revenue • Manage up to 25 implementations simultaneously • Deliver advanced training, consulting, and implementation services • Perform "Discovery" consultations to uncover additional products and services • Deliver on-site training as a professional technical representative • Support customer success through technical product implementation, consulting, mentoring, training, and support services

• Drive successful implementations for Construction-specific accounts (Subcontractor, General Contractor, Owner/Developer) with customers $50M+ in annual revenue • Manage up to 10 implementations simultaneously, including both strategic and program-level customers • Deliver advanced training, consulting, and implementation services focused on high-level scenarios specific to Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio • Perform "Discovery" consultations to uncover and identify additional products and services for unrealized customer needs • Develop detailed proposal documentation with schedules of work based on customer needs and recommendations • Deliver on-site training as a professional technical representative to ensure customer satisfaction • Leverage real-world construction experience to define customer workflows and identify stopgaps and deficiencies • Develop and implement detailed customer installations and implementation plans that optimize software use for construction processes • Support customer success through technical product implementation, consulting, mentoring, training, and support services • Provide technical product assistance ensuring technical satisfaction
