Overview Dynatrace is seeking to add an Engineering Intern to its D1 Customer Success Operations team to address its growing need to enable customers to find the right information at the right time. As an D1 Customer Success Engineering Intern , your work will help create a world where software works perfectly. Your role at Dynatrace Job Description/Your Role at Dynatrace: We are looking for a Business or Computer Science student with junior or senior level standing to join us this summer on our D1 team. This is a full-time, paid internship. Responsibilities: Create Product EOL strategy and processes Build automations and AI to manage the EOL processes for our Products The D1 Intern will partner with VP Operations, Directors of Operations, Data Science, ML Engineers, and Directors for Support, Services, and Customer Success here and will gain hands-on industry experience in the Engineering field. What will help you succeed Education: Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Information Systems Work experience: 0-1 Years. Considering a career in Technology Familiar with one or more of the following technologies: LLM/AI Python Java Strong written and verbal communication skills.
