Role Description We are looking for a Growth Executive to drive our expansion in North America. This role demands a hunter mindset and strategic vision, focusing on business development across our primary verticals: Technology / SaaS, Financial Services, and Healthcare. The successful candidate will drive sales of professional services through a strong network of executive connections in these industries, while also leveraging collaboration with existing technology partners (e.g., Atlassian, AWS, GCP). This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter with strong experience in GTM execution and complex solution selling to build a new book of business from the ground up while shaping e‑Core’s go-to-market ecosystem. - Serve as a hunter and strategic account executive, developing a self-generated pipeline and building your book of business in the mid-market (500–5,000 employees) across Technology / SaaS, Financial Services, and Healthcare. - Identify and close new business opportunities, targeting digital transformation, application and data modernization, service management, AI/ML/GenAI services, and cloud migrations. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Solution Architecture, and Delivery to craft tailored value propositions for strategic opportunities. - Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with key partners and client stakeholders to maximize joint business outcomes. - Collaborate with essential partners such as Atlassian, AWS, and GCP to improve the sales pipeline. Qualifications - A strong network of CIO, CTO, and VP of Engineering-level contacts at mid-market companies in Technology / SaaS, Financial Services, or Healthcare. - Proven track record in business development, growth, or strategic sales, particularly in a SaaS or IT consulting services environment. - Hands-on experience selling high-value, consultative solutions such as digital transformation, software development, cloud enablement, service management, AI/ML/GenAI, cybersecurity, data modernization, or integration services. - Experience working with major platforms and hyperscalers (Atlassian, AWS, GCP, etc.). - Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Fluency in English is required. - Strong executive presence, consultative sales approach, and ability to navigate complex enterprise buying cycles. Requirements - Familiarity with partner programs (e.g., AWS Partner Network, Atlassian Solution Partner Program, Microsoft/GitHub Enterprise Ecosystem). - Experience working with multicultural teams. Qualifications - 10+ years of direct selling experience in selling SaaS or genetics/genomics solutions to Life Science organizations (pharma, biotech, CROs) and Academic Medical Centers. - Proven track record of closing strategic enterprise deals of $1M+ in total contract value, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. - Knowledge of strategic sales development techniques essential and SFDC, Microsoft Office experience strongly preferred. - BS in Genetics, microbiology or a related degree. - An ability to network at all organizational levels. - Ability to understand and present technical and/or scientific concepts and material clearly and effectively. - Team player with an ability to thrive while working independently, and also support a team to drive new and current business. - English language is mandatory.
