The Senior Account Manager, Broker Success manages a book of business comprising Realtor.com ’s strategic, high-value account relationships. The Senior Account Manager builds long-lasting, mutually-beneficial relationships with their accounts with the goal of helping secure and retain revenue. This is done through developing impactful relationships, working with customers on product knowledge, and effective account management. Senior Account Managers serve as a dedicated consultant, problem-solver, and relationship manager with account stakeholders. You will collaborate with multiple departments and divisions to ensure customer concerns, inquiries, and expectations are communicated and resolved. As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a leader and escalation point for the Broker Success department and other Account Managers. You will assist with the coaching and development of staff, and you will contribute to the overall success of the department. What You’ll Do : - Proactively communicate with and manage assigned accounts to encourage their continued engagement with Realtor.com ’s products and services. - Develop and sustain strong account relationships through consistent onboarding, coaching, and communication. - Educate accounts on product configurations and best practices to increase product performance, agent engagement, and revenue. - Provide support and guidance to account stakeholders with structured data and reporting to support recommendations for products during renewals and new orders. - Execute effectively towards company initiatives set by leadership and corporate OKRs. - Use data to determine daily priorities and key accounts requiring engagement. - Maintain enterprise systems (i.e. Salesforce, Focus Fire) with accurate contact data, communication logs, and account activity. - Maintain updated knowledge of new company products and services. - Resolve challenging client inquiries, issues, and escalations, using cross-functional teams as needed and preventing additional issues by improving processes. - Identify, troubleshoot and escalate bugs within multiple platforms, including SalesForce, Broker/Office/Agent Dashboards and Focus Fire. - Work on Special Projects as assigned. - Coach, develop, and train other Account Managers. - Serve as a leader and escalation point within Broker Success. What You’ll Bring : - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. - 5+ years experience managing enterprise-level relationships for a high-growth company. All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market. The annual OTE for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 USD. This role involves maintaining and improving existing codebases, implementing new features, and ensuring app stability and performance while collaborating with a small team of developers and stakeholders. If you're ready to challenge yourself and create exceptional digital experiences for a global audience, we want you on our team. Responsibilities - Manage existing codebases, improving code quality and app stability. The existing apps are primarily React Native / Expo but do contain limited native code (Objective C, Swift, Java, and Kotlin) that may occasionally require debugging. - Implement features as requested by internal stakeholders based on feature roadmaps. - Coordinate with a project manager and a small team of internal and contract developers to deliver features and releases. - Assist with submission process to Apple, Google, and Amazon app stores. - Release new versions of the apps on a consistent cadence (approximately monthly). - Collaborate with designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all devices. - Follow QA processes and security requirements and use error-tracking systems to fix issues both pre- and post-release. - Participate in code reviews. - Stay current with technical developments in the field of mobile apps to adequately respond to the technology demands of the marketplace. - Stay current with frequent updates to Apple and Google app development standards, including technical and privacy requirements. Qualifications Knowledge: 3-5 years of experience with React Native. Areas of Exposure/Experience: React Native (including audio) and Expo. In-app purchases, (including subscriptions). JavaScript/Typescript. HTML, CSS, and WebViews for HTML formatting and displaying web content. Mobile platforms (Android and iOS). State Management (Redux, Sagas) Project management/bug tracking (e.g., Jira). Figma for receiving designs. Firebase for managing analytics and crash reporting. Agile software development methodologies. AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude). Work Experience: 5+ years of programming experience. A portfolio or record of successful app delivery is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with platform-specific user interface patterns and trends. Familiarity with Bibles and Bible study is a plus.
