Inside Sales Representative, K-12 Sales

Junior Library Guild

• Prospect and develop new customer relationships with schools and libraries • Manage and grow an active pipeline of sales opportunities • Execute consistent outbound call and email outreach • Drive renewals and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts • Conduct consultative sales conversations and recommend subscription solutions • Maintain accurate CRM records, next steps, and follow-up activity • Work independently while staying aligned with team goals and expectations • Participate in coaching, training, and performance reviews

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying inside sales experience in an outbound environment
  • Experience selling into K–12 schools, districts, libraries, EdTech, curriculum, publishing, or a closely related education market
  • Direct school library sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven success prospecting, managing a pipeline, and closing business
  • Strong call discipline and comfort with consistent outbound activity
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting clear performance expectations
  • CRM discipline, including accurate records, next steps, pipeline management, and follow-up activity
  • Highly organized, coachable, competitive, resilient, and results-driven.
