Field Service Technician – Meßkirch Region
Carrier
• Carrying out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pump systems at end customers and plant operators • Providing service-oriented advice to our customers and heating company clients by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service within the extended radius of your service area • Participating in on-call duty with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a relevant trade such as heating/plumbing technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrical installer; further qualification as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician is a plus
- Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration, or air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage
- Valid driving licence class B
- Good written and spoken German skills
