Role Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Eloqua Architect with strong expertise in marketing automation and hands-on CRM integration. This role will be responsible for designing scalable Eloqua solutions, managing integrations with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce), and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver effective lead management, campaign automation, and marketing technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing processes and a proven track record of driving marketing automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Eloqua solutions aligned with business requirements. - Configure and optimize Eloqua components including campaigns, segments, forms, landing pages, scoring models, workflows, and automation programs. - Design and manage integrations between Eloqua and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), ensuring seamless lead flow, data synchronization, and governance. - Define and manage lead lifecycle processes including lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, nurturing, qualification, and handoff to sales. - Partner with Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Data teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Align CRM data models including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Campaigns, Opportunities, and custom objects. - Troubleshoot integration issues, data quality challenges, and campaign execution problems. - Recommend best practices for Eloqua configuration, security, compliance, performance, and scalability. - Drive marketing automation roadmap, platform enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with development teams on APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, with 4+ years focused on Oracle Eloqua architecture/design. - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua administration and configuration. - Proven experience integrating Eloqua with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. - Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes. - Experience with: - Lead Management & Lead Scoring - Campaign Management - Customer Segmentation - Email Marketing Automation - Data Cleansing & Governance - CRM Data Synchronization - Knowledge of REST APIs, middleware/integration platforms, and enterprise data flows. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to define scalable solutions. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Experience supporting global CRM implementations. - Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM). - Oracle Eloqua certifications. - Experience working in Agile environments. Nice to Have - Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM). - Experience with reporting tools and marketing analytics. - Exposure to customer journey automation and AI-driven marketing capabilities.
