• Design integrations, map interfaces, and ensure governance of integration solutions within our organization. • Elicit and detail integration requirements with business areas and technical teams, covering both functional and non-functional requirements. • Define the appropriate integration style for each scenario (synchronous, asynchronous, batch). • Design end-to-end flows, including request/response, events, compensations, and retry strategies. • Define architectural patterns and document them in accessible repositories. • Evaluate integration solutions based on cost, risk, and implementation time. • Build and maintain an Interface Map, documenting detailed information about integrations. • Produce and maintain living documentation, including OpenAPI/AsyncAPI, runbooks, and diagrams. • Define contracts and guidelines for APIs and events, ensuring compatibility and governance. • Implement security and compliance patterns in integrations, in accordance with LGPD. • Conduct Architecture Reviews and provide mentoring to development teams.

• Design, implement, and evolve PKI architectures that enable secure authentication and Zero Trust initiatives • Build and support cloud-native solutions across AWS and Azure environments. • Automate infrastructure, deployments, and operational processes using Ansible and CI/CD pipelines. • Partner with security and engineering teams to implement DevSecOps practices and secure software delivery. • Support compliance initiatives aligned with FIPS, NIST 800-53, FISMA, and Zero Trust Architecture principles. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application and platform performance using security and observability tools.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to define business capabilities, value streams, and target operating models across departments including client service, finance, HR, and operations • Model current and future state processes to drive system alignment and operational improvement • Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and technical teams to ensure platforms are designed with business outcomes in mind • Develop business architecture artifacts such as capability maps, integration models, process flows, and business requirements • Provide insight and recommendations on system integration, automation, and data flow improvements • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to support requirements gathering and design consensus • Support program planning through initiative prioritization, benefits realization, and requirements traceability • Support development of integrated business and technology roadmap strategies while researching/understanding emerging technologies and competitor practices • Contribute to governance processes related to enterprise systems and architectural standards • Promote a shared understanding of business goals and foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams

• Define system architecture for 5G/6G RAN and Core, aligned with 3GPP, O-RAN Alliance, ETSI NFV and SCF FAPI/nFAPI specifications. • Develop and implement multi-thread real-time/embedded systems with proficiency in design, documentation, implementation and unit tests. • Build system architecture as software programs that operate in virtualized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) ensuring critical connectivity and high availability. • Design and implement E2E Network/System Architecture in Open RAN based model with detailed recommendations for 3GPP and O-RAN features. • Create end-to-end technical blueprints covering RAN functional splits, control/user plane separation, and cloud-native deployments. • Guide engineering teams in implementing scalable, secure, and performant network functions (DU, CU, RIC, Core). • Provide technical support for cross-functional teams implementing the features and define integration, verification, and validation strategies. • Perform system-level performance analysis, capacity planning, and design optimizations. • Ensure architectural compliance with open interfaces (O-RAN fronthaul, midhaul, backhaul) and interop with multi-vendor ecosystems. • Contribute to standardization efforts and track emerging features in Release 17/18/19+ and pre-standard 6G work.
