• Provide project management leadership for full implementation, assessment and optimization engagements • Ensure that BDO project governance framework is applied to projects and that governance documentation is maintained, published and stored according to BDO Quality Audit standards • Ensure that the BDO Project Team follows BDO Implementation Methodology and is producing deliverables to standards and on schedule • Review Key Deliverables to assure scope and budget remain aligned as well as the contractual terms and scope of assigned projects • Provide input to BDO PMO for ongoing refinement of BDO Project Governance, Implementation Methodology, contracts and templates; mentors colleagues and provides guidance and support • Act as a client advocate throughout engagements and participates in training of client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of Dayforce implementations

• Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client ERP implementations • Perform a lead SCM consultant role on larger projects where more than one supply chain / trade and logistics consultant is engaged while providing mentorship and guidance to other consultants • Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas • Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise Edition suite • Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementations

• Act as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Ceridian Dayforce WFM • Lead all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live • Collect, document & validate client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce functionality • Configure Ceridian Dayforce to meet client functional requirements • Provide internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution to Green • Implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout • Train client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activities • Manage multiple client/project engagements simultaneously • Identify best practices/lessons learned & document/share internally & with Ceridian • Complete new release training as needed & be our expert on Ceridian Dayforce

• Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client ERP implementations • Perform a lead PMA consultant role on larger projects • Design and implement end-to-end project accounting solutions • Streamline customer project governance, financial control, and reporting processes • Collaborate closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, and Sales consultants • Support and lead system configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client staff

• Act as the lead ServiceNow architect for BDO Canada engagements, establishing solution architecture standards, design patterns, and leading practices across implementations and managed services. • Lead the architectural strategy for BDO Canada’s ServiceNow migration, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready platform design. • Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned to long-term platform health, enterprise standards, and ServiceNow leading practices. • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, supporting roadmap development, platform governance, and change management considerations. • Identify and design opportunities to leverage ServiceNow AI, automation, and workflow optimization to improve service efficiency and customer experience. • Partner with clients to translate operational challenges into automated, data-driven ServiceNow solutions. • Contribute thought leadership on how AI-enabled service operations can support modern managed services models. • Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, scoping workshops, estimation, and proposal development in partnership with Sales and Advisory teams. • Act as a lead member of delivery teams, providing architectural oversight and hands-on leadership to ensure successful customer outcomes. • Mentor, coach, and enable other members of the ServiceNow delivery team

• Building, configuring, and extending the ServiceNow platform across both internal and client engagements • Configuring and extending ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts, and catalog items • Developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub • Ensuring configurations and customizations align with ServiceNow technical standards • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across the platform • Collaborating closely with Functional Consultants, QA, and the Solution Architect throughout the delivery lifecycle
