• Manage the full tenancy lifecycle • Serve as the key point of contact for landlords and tenants while ensuring a smooth, compliant, and professional rental experience • Act as the primary contact for maintenance requests from tenants and landlords • Assess and prioritise reported issues, coordinating with approved contractors to ensure timely and effective resolutions • Ensure all properties remain fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements • Manage the tenancy renewal process from start to finish • Coordinate property check-outs and oversee the end-of-tenancy process • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other third parties • Maintain accurate tenancy, compliance, and property records using property management software and internal systems

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in **residential property management**, tenancy administration, or a similar tenancy-focused role.
  • Strong working knowledge of **UK housing legislation**, landlord and tenant regulations, health and safety requirements, and statutory compliance obligations.
  • Legal education or experience (e.g., **LL.B, GDL, Paralegal, Legal Executive, or equivalent**) with the ability to interpret tenancy agreements, contracts, and regulatory documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Available to work **UK business hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, and Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing tenancy-related disputes, legal proceedings, possession matters, or other property-related litigation.
  • Familiarity with **1090 Property Management Software** and **Goodlord**, including day-to-day tenancy administration and compliance management.
  • Previous experience working within a busy lettings agency, property management company, or legal practice specialising in residential property.

• The Relief Camp Manager / Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the overall organization, housekeeping and efficient operation of LandSea camp facilities. • Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products. • Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager. • Cook and otherwise prepare foods according to recipes and directions. • Responsible for use of accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line. • Maintain daily temperature logs. • Responsible for taking samples of all food items on the line prior to serving the customers. • Alert management and pull food items that do not meet quality expectations. • Complete opening and closing station checklists. • Greet customers as they approach and leave the serving line. • Ask customers about the quality of their service and handle any complaints while maintaining a positive attitude and smile. • Coordinate and assist in maintaining a clean work station (including floors, work areas, equipment, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks). • Ensures that all work areas and serving utensils are cleaned and sanitized. • Responsible for accurate disposal of waste from the service line. • Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by cart. • Assist with daily safety observations and report safety hazards discovered in the location to management immediately. • Cross-train in areas as the need arises. • Able to work in concessions, catering, and special events required by your manager. • Perform task as requested by your manager on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. • Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team. • Lead all aspects of and advise the employees working on the line to ensure timely and effective service of the customers. • Request support from utility workers for sanitation issues of the line as needed.
