Relief Manager – Housekeeper

Aramark

• The Relief Camp Manager / Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the overall organization, housekeeping and efficient operation of LandSea camp facilities. • Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products. • Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager. • Cook and otherwise prepare foods according to recipes and directions. • Responsible for use of accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line. • Maintain daily temperature logs. • Responsible for taking samples of all food items on the line prior to serving the customers. • Alert management and pull food items that do not meet quality expectations. • Complete opening and closing station checklists. • Greet customers as they approach and leave the serving line. • Ask customers about the quality of their service and handle any complaints while maintaining a positive attitude and smile. • Coordinate and assist in maintaining a clean work station (including floors, work areas, equipment, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks). • Ensures that all work areas and serving utensils are cleaned and sanitized. • Responsible for accurate disposal of waste from the service line. • Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by cart. • Assist with daily safety observations and report safety hazards discovered in the location to management immediately. • Cross-train in areas as the need arises. • Able to work in concessions, catering, and special events required by your manager. • Perform task as requested by your manager on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. • Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team. • Lead all aspects of and advise the employees working on the line to ensure timely and effective service of the customers. • Request support from utility workers for sanitation issues of the line as needed.

  • Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, catering, and maintenance teams.
  • Train, coach, and support camp employees.

  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and government regulations.
  • Conduct safety meetings and maintain safety records.
  • Investigate incidents and complete required documentation.
  • Ensure food handling and sanitation standards are followed.

  • Oversee room inspections and cleaning schedules.
  • Remove garbage and dust shelving
  • Sweep and vacuum the mudroom, hallway, and entranceways
  • Check inbound and outbound guest lists for room changeover.
  • Report changes and cleaned items
  • Ensure bathrooms are cleaned each day (floors, toilets, shower stalls, sinks, and mirrors)
  • Replenish toilet paper, paper towels and soap
  • Keep the laundry room tidy; dust and sweep daily, mop every other day
  • Keep linen storage clean and organized
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Ensure accommodations, laundry facilities, and common areas meet company standards.
  • Respond to client and guest concerns promptly.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in a remote camp environment.

This isn't a seat-warming assignment — you'll own the full scope of corporate treasury operations for one of North America's largest internet services companies, operating across multiple business units, currencies, and capital structures. From managing liquidity across a complex global cash position to administering a live Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS) program and supporting active credit facility compliance, this role offers the kind of hands-on, cross-functional scope that's rare in a contract engagement. You'll work directly alongside the CFO and lead a Treasury Analyst, making an immediate and visible contribution from day one. Contract Duration: Fixed-term, approximately 4.5 months What You’ll Do - Cash Management & Liquidity (35%) - Consolidate short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts across all business units, including daily forecasting for the Ting Fiber business - Monitor global cash balances daily and recommend funding and liquidity actions - Analyze forecast variances and collaborate with business controllers to tighten accuracy - Approve wire transfers, ACH payments, and cheque disbursements in line with treasury controls - Serve as the primary contact for bank treasury and payment advisors on electronic banking, lockbox, and payment systems - Funding & Capital Markets (25%) - Administer credit facilities — monitoring cash balances, managing rollover notices, tracking interest and fee accruals, and preparing quarterly covenant compliance packages - Manage daily cash flow activities for the Ting Fiber Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS) program - Maintain ABS stakeholder relationships; prepare and distribute Monthly Noteholder Reports and quarterly financial statements - Support financing transactions including syndicated credit facilities, private placements, and private equity initiatives - Treasury Accounting & Reporting (15%) - Prepare treasury-related journal entries through month-end and quarter-end close, including FX forward contracts, hedge accounting adjustments, derivative mark-to-market valuations, intercompany funding, and ZBA sweeps - Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in accordance with accounting policy - Banking Relationships (10%) - Support the CFO in managing banking relationships across Canada, the US, and international jurisdictions - Conduct periodic banking reviews covering transaction volumes, cash management services, and pricing - Prepare and maintain KYC, compliance, and banking documentation; coordinate bank guarantee applications - Operations, Automation & Leadership (10%) - Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and oversight to the Treasury Analyst - Support treasury automation and system enhancement initiatives - Coordinate internal and external audit support - Foreign Exchange & Interest Rate Management (5%) - Forecast FX exposures and assist in executing hedging strategies - Maintain complete records of hedging transactions; execute drawdowns on window forward contracts Qualifications - 4+ years of corporate treasury experience, ideally within a complex, multi-entity or multi-currency environment - Hands-on experience with credit facility administration, ABS programs, or capital markets transactions is a strong asset - Strong Excel skills; comfort with treasury management systems and electronic banking platforms - Solid understanding of treasury accounting, hedge accounting, and financial controls - A track record of high accuracy and sound judgment under tight timelines - Strong communicator who can work effectively across finance, operations, and executive stakeholders - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CTP or CPA designation is an asset Requirements - The base salary range for this position is $116,100 - $136,600 CAD.
