• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-lasting relationships with agents and referral partners within Osceola and Polk Counties • Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities and enhancing service delivery • Identify, research, and qualify for new prospective agents throughout assigned counties • Secure new business through effective outreach and compelling presentations • Develop and execute a strategic call plan tailored to the Osceola/Polk corridor and surrounding areas • Represent The Closing Agent at local real estate associations, networking groups, community events, and industry programs • Maintain a strong presence in the Real Estate, lending, and builder communities • Deliver dynamic, audience-appropriate presentations to offices and groups of all sizes • Respond promptly to client inquiries and coordinate seamlessly with internal teams • Evaluate agent needs and implement tailored solutions that enhance their business effectiveness • Partner with leadership and legal counsel to ensure proper agent compliance and alignment with company standards
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in title insurance, real estate, lending, or related industry fields
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales-focused roles
- Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a field-based, multi-county territory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
