• Lead the team to deliver municipal contracts in line with defined contract KPIs and specifications. • Develop and maintain relations with key stakeholders; client, members, residents, staff, unions and internal partners. • Manage resources (people, vehicles, equipment) to best effect prioritising the wellbeing of our people and service to our customer and communities. • Act as TM1 and be responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance of all company policies and procedures including fleet compliance and any changes to regulatory standards and legislation within the TM1/TM2 role capacity. • Ensure compliance against the Veolia standards, supporting assurance checks and improvement planning to enhance contract performance and customer service. • Support and drive positive financial outcomes for the commercial portfolio by supporting and driving collaborative working. • Ensure the safe delivery of a first-time collection culture and all contractual performance KPI’s. • Ensure the commercial performance of the contract overseeing all expenditure, staffing and resources. • Assess Service Delivery Managers and Chargehands competency including observing them carrying out their role (crew monitoring, PDR, team briefings). • Set and present budgets. • Manage monthly financial performance.

• Lead execution of comprehensive commissioning plans and provide technical oversight for system integration testing and validation • Configure and calibrate complex control systems including VSDs, instruments, metering, PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications • Author and lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) with customers • Resolve complex technical issues during startup phases and provide expert troubleshooting under pressure • Mentor and train customer personnel and junior engineers on system operation and maintenance • Coordinate with project teams, customers, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Carry out work as per schedule supplied by the Services Manager or Supervisor and as per site policies, schedules and procedures. • Troubleshoot problems with equipment as necessary, and as directed by site supervisors. • Carry out Risk Assessment of Equipment Maintenance Task Lists and ensure these are always kept valid. • Update maintenance task list and site documentation as appropriate. • Carry out Periodic reviews of EWI/SOP to ensure documents are always current and valid. • All work on site to be carried out in accordance with site EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) and Veolia EHS rules and guidelines. • Flexibility to work on equipment in all buildings, work around Maintenance Shutdowns and be familiar with GMP rules and Statutory requirements. • Participate in Audits of the Mechanical and Electrical plant rooms and follow up on actions. • Ensure that the CMMS system contains the most up to date information regarding equipment data, spares and maintenance man-hours. • This is a field-based role with nationwide coverage, requiring travel across multiple sites, with the majority of work being carried out on sewage treatment sites. • Be prepared to stay away from home when required to support operational needs. • Participate in a periodic call-out rota providing 24/7 coverage for one week at a time.

• Act as the primary liaison between the project team and the design team • Ensure design input is aligned with project timelines and objectives. • Assist in developing and managing design schedules, ensuring designs are delivered on time and within budget. • Coordinate with relevant teams to track progress and address potential delays. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders (clients, contractors, project managers, regulatory bodies) to update on design progress and requirements. • Address and manage any client design requests or changes. • Prepare and present regular design status reports to the project manager and other stakeholders. • Proactively identify design-related issues and collaborate with all disciplines design teams (Mechanical, Electrical, EC&I, Civil & specialist) to develop solutions. • Escalate critical design concerns promptly to the project manager or senior design leaders. • Ensure coordination of the design between all the designers from each discipline; Mechanical, Electrical, EC&I, Civil, specialists and contractors. • Act as and carry out the duty of Principal Designer in accordance with CDM (Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015). • Plan, manage, monitor and coordinate health and safety throughout the pre-construction and design phase, ensuring that significant and foreseeable risks are identified and managed effectively.

• The Drupal Developer will be at the forefront of Veolia’s transition to an in-house development model, focusing on customer-facing portals. • This role will be crucial in enhancing, maintaining, and innovating across multiple Drupal-based platforms, including multi-language implementations. • Working closely with business stakeholders and the existing contracted development team, the Developer will take ownership of technical solutions, security upgrades, bug fixes, feature development, and overall platform improvements. • Demonstrate an extremely proactive and autonomous approach, utilising Drupal frameworks and infrastructure specialised in Drupal 10 & 11 to support the product roadmap and ensure efficient product continuity and problem-solving. • Define and implement best practice technical solutions, proposing customer-first approaches while collaborating closely with colleagues to determine optimal outcomes. • Conduct code reviews for colleagues across the Websites team portfolio, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Regularly engage with the wider DB&T team, product engineers, developers, security teams, legal teams, product owners, product leads, and key business stakeholders across the UK and Northern Europe. • Participate in customer workshops to identify key product end-user frustrations across the Websites team portfolio, subsequently debugging code, writing new code, and applying patches as necessary. • Maintain regular communication with the immediate product team regarding in-flight work and future scope.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to process engineers, graduate engineers, and designers; lead process design discipline in multi-disciplinary teams; and manage technical inputs from specialist suppliers and sub-contractors. • Plan workload autonomously across project lifecycles from bidding to execution, managing multiple complex projects (£20k to £50m+) with competing deadlines while providing expert design leadership that directly impacts business wins. • Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences using varied methods, drafting compelling proposals and reports, and presenting confidently at all levels from technical reviews to client executive meetings. • Establish and own technical relationships with customers during bidding phases, acting as key interface between internal teams and external clients through frequent engagement (daily internal, weekly+ external contact). • Build Veolia's reputation as a 'Water Technical Expert' by delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions, leading technical workshops and negotiations, and representing the company at industry events. • Embed sustainability principles into all process designs, optimising for energy, chemical usage, and resource recovery while quantifying environmental benefits to align with Veolia's Depollution, Decarbonising, and Water Stewardship goals.
