Business Development Associate

Collegewise

• Generate qualified partnership leads through high-volume outbound prospecting • Conduct 50+ daily touchpoints through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages • Maintain consistent activity of 250+ weekly outbound touches • Hold initial discovery meetings with potential partners • Manage and drive the full sales cycle, including pitching and contracting • Maintain ongoing communication with existing partners for relationship management

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management—especially in education, benefits, HR, or B2B partnerships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage both new business generation and account growth simultaneously
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes and systems
  • Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented
  • Collaborative and generous with insights
