• Develop and maintain strong relationships with title insurance agents, acting as a trusted advisor for their business needs. • Identify opportunities for growth within the region and actively pursue new agent partnerships. • Provide exceptional service by understanding agent requirements and delivering effective solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure agents receive top-tier support and resources. • Analyze market trends to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward goals.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies within assigned territory to increase title and escrow business. • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, educational events, and networking activities. • Participate in industry associations, real estate functions, and community events to increase market presence. • Utilize CRM to document sales activity, pipeline management, and client communications. • Remain current on title and escrow industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions. • Collaborate with internal escrow and operations teams to ensure exceptional client experience. • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans as required.

• Assembling, preparing, reviewing, and verifying all documents required for loan closings • Preparing preliminary and final settlement statements • Reviewing and revising closing documents to meet lender requirements • Coordinating the closing process, including scheduling and execution of document signings • Performing final pre-closing reviews of title fees, taxes, premiums, endorsements, vesting, and all checklist items • Serving as a liaison between lenders, title companies, borrowers, and settlement agents • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from closing through funding and recording • Supporting post-closing activities • Managing an active pipeline of files

• Investigate, evaluate and determine coverage and possible claim resolutions. • Determine need to retain outside counsel; manage claims and/or litigation to final resolution. • Negotiate with claimant / opposing counsel / third parties for resolution. • Participate in mediations and other required court appearances. • Review and approve invoices for costs and attorneys' fees. • Perform and assist in initial evaluation for recovery. • Maintain documentation of claim file activity. • Evaluate and respond to clearance / curative demands. • Other activities/projects as assigned.

• Handle title insurance and related claims • Provide administrative and operational support for the Department • Investigate, evaluate and determine coverage and possible claim resolutions • Negotiate with claimant/opposing counsel/third parties for resolution • Review and approve invoices for costs and attorneys' fees • Act as network administrator for Department attorney billing software platform • Maintain documentation of claim file activity

• Title Examiners are responsible for abstracting and examining documents from the public records and providing title opinions based on the facts and documentation. • Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of primarily residential subdivision and possibly some metes and bounds properties. • Examination of title of moderate complexity. • Analyze docs such as deeds, mortgages, judgments, liens, probates, guardianship, bankruptcy and foreclosure documents, and make appropriate title requirements to clear title. • Must be able to draw out basic metes and bounds legal descriptions. • Must have ability to explain the chain of title, exceptions and requirements to managers and underwriters.

• Provides underwriting support and authorization related to the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies • Utilizes underwriting standards and guidelines within delegated authority limits • Issues underwriting standards and guidelines in accordance with established company processes • Examine title orders to determine conditions of the title and insurability • Research title plant software, analyze and evaluate pertinent record documents • Explain chain of title, exceptions, and requirements to customers and managers • Recognize title defects and formulate curative solution • Assess risks and liabilities that may jeopardize the company • Maintain proper production levels and delivery standards on a daily basis • Review surveys prepared on properties, if applicable • Collaborate with the customer and escrow staff to meet time requirements

• Provides underwriting support and authorization to company personnel, agents, and customer(s) • Examine title orders within company guidelines • Research respective title plant software and analyze pertinent record documents • Explain chain of title, exceptions, and requirements to customers and managers • Recognize title defects and formulate curative solutions • Assess risks and liabilities and bring these matters to attention • Review surveys prepared on properties, if applicable • Work closely with the customer and escrow staff to meet time requirements

• Analyze title insurance risks, underwriting issues, and regulatory concerns • Provide underwriting solutions to agents, sales team, and title examiners in accordance with Westcor company guidelines as well as local, state and federal law • Handle residential as well as commercial transactions underwriting • Present training seminars to educate title agents and production staff (both online and in person) • Provide outstanding customer service while making sound underwriting decisions • Analyze and respond to indemnity requests • Call on existing Westcor agents and help increase wallet share. Identify new business opportunities through prospecting • Travel with sales staff, managers or other underwriters for agent visits throughout the states
