• Manage and schedule pickups using the company’s internal system • Review pre-set delivery appointments and assign optimal pickup times • Coordinate and adjust pickup schedules throughout the day as needed • Analyze delivery timelines and transit requirements to ensure operational efficiency • Maintain high accuracy in scheduling and data entry • Ensure timely execution of all weekend pickup operations • Communicate and coordinate within internal workflows to support smooth logistics flow
