The Senior Sales Training Specialist is responsible to design, develop, and deliver sales training programs that improve sales effectiveness, enable product adoption, and drive revenue outcomes. In addition, this role leads onboarding and continuous training to equip new hires and tenured sales team members with skills and knowledge to be successful in selling products, software and services. This role partners cross-functionally to assess training needs, design and implement scalable enablement solutions, and enhance training programs based on performance data, in support of business and revenue objectives.
