The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for the development, maintenance, and delivery of the sales onboarding, training programs, and processes that enhance the effectiveness and performance of the sales team. This role equips new hires with the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to succeed from day one, and partners with sales leaders to ensure new hires ramp up quickly and effectively. This role applies sales and training knowledge to assess needs, design learning solutions, deliver high-impact training sessions and evaluate program outcomes in support of business and revenue objectives. In addition, this role equips new hires and tenured sales team members with skills and knowledge to be successful in selling products, software and services. The National Account Executive will execute strategies within the Dental Strategic Accounts markets with a focus on maintaining strategic partnerships and managing the customer portfolios. This position will gather market and competitive intelligence to influence strategic direction and manage high value partner relations across key growth regions. Critical to success will be leading a team to deliver the contract requirements within the customer account portfolios to meet and/or exceed sales goals.
