Channel Partner Manager – MRO

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to maximize customer satisfaction • Develop and implement a robust plan to achieve significant growth within the MRO Segment • Tactical and operational planning with the Segment Manager to determine primary objectives within accounts • Align with distributor network to promote significant growth in region through identifying opportunities at major accounts • Develop and report accurate sales forecasts by account and product line and understand changes in demand • Identify and resolve customer pain points and offer solutions • Collaborate with product management and development to identify new product requirements and aid in the development and launch of new products within our Innovation Framework • Demonstrate strong Sales Excellence including a disciplined competency in the understanding and utilization of Sales Force CRM • Participate in market/channel projects as required to support the overall business strategy • Effectively communicate with others inside and outside of the company in a tactful, courteous manner to promote excellent customer service • Promote, support, and adhere to all safety and quality related policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a science-related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of sales experience within the manufacturing/assembly industry is required
- Prior experience selling to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with a proven growth record
- Familiarity with Sales Processes and CRM - specifically Sales Force
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel 60%

• Develop and execute a territory plan, with responsibility for territory growth and achievement of all sales quotas. • Conduct five business reviews per month within key and strategic accounts and prospects. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers by staying connected with day-to-day contacts, supervisors, key influencers, and decision-makers at customer locations. • Partner with the Account Manager and Customer Care Coordinator to maximize service and revenue in new and existing accounts, including coordinating paperwork, pump shipments and returns, new account setup, and related processes. • Provide consultative information to customers about equipment based on technical knowledge of products and protocols. • Submits sales contracts & quotes for orders obtained. • Prepare and submit expense reports in accordance with company policy. • Complete all sales reports and required documents in a timely manner. • Attend tradeshows, sales meetings, and education seminars as needed. • Have reliable internet access. • Return customer messages the same day. • Complete accreditation and other exams as required. • Update HubSpot Sales CRM daily with new business prospecting efforts.
