• Recruitment will be focused on a specific team/function, or other areas as assigned • Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings • Pre-screening candidates, project management, partnering with team members to develop sourcing strategies • Manage open job requisitions, update and manage SmartRecruiters • Achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments • Compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends, data and analytics to team members and business leaders • Prepare and approve offer packages, providing equity & market competitiveness data research • Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and AbbVie policies and practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5+ years recruitment experience in a competitive, fast pace environment required
- 7+ years recruiting experience preferred
- Commercial Oncology recruitment experience preferred
- Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required
- Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Experience in managing requisitions within SmartRecruiters preferred

Compensation The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 USD. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations • Manage full-cycle recruitment, while developing recruiting strategies to source, attract and recruit to fill key positions • Conduct and present market research on candidate data including skill sets, demographics, hiring trends, talent supply and demand reports, identity top target companies, competitors, or talent pools • Utilize both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean search tactics, experience with a wide array of specialized sourcing tools, and a deep understanding of the primary resource sites, code repositories, groups, discussion forums, Chrome extension tools, job boards, internal databases, CRM databases, search engines, social media, and web mining techniques • Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies • Own the strategy to lead recruiting discussions with hiring managers and HR • Develop an effective interview and sourcing strategy, with an eye toward internal and diverse talent • Partner with hiring managers on candidate slate from first presentation to finalist selection and offer, including negotiating salary terms • Keep data integrity top of mind and ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is always updated • Design creative job postings to better attract candidates and represent Circana on social in a professional manner • Lead and/or take part in special projects that support continuous business process improvement
• Lead a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader to determine position specifications • Review of candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process. • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources. • Source candidates via resume databases, search engines and networking sites using Boolean search language. • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals. • Engage candidates through various media channels and articulate value proposition. • Prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring they're informed and ready. • Draft and utilize phone interview templates appropriate to the job description. • Support hiring leader in determining offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines. • Work to deliver a strong candidate slate and provide accurate reporting of recruiting activities.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Boolean search strategies across multiple assigned requisitions • Review inbound applications and screen resumes against defined job criteria; provide clear pass or pursue recommendations to senior recruiters • Conduct structured phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and interest level • Manage all candidate communication including outreach, follow-up, and status updates throughout the pipeline • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting team members • Maintain accurate candidate records and dispositions in the ATS; ensure data integrity across all assigned requisitions • Support job posting administration and requisition tracking across job boards and internal systems • Assist with special sourcing projects as assigned by senior recruiters or recruiting leadership
