• Help create the power in Gainwell’s processes as we develop purpose-built technologies and solutions that yield better health and human services outcomes. • Share your expertise as you support the Business Process Services team in claims processing that adheres to policy guidelines. • Meet production and quality requirements established by clients for timely claims processing. • Use policy guidelines and criteria established by leadership to evaluate why a claim errored and make an adjudication decision.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of the fundamental concepts and principles in the medical and/or insurance fields
- Basic reading and analysis skills to evaluate claims and make adjudication decisions
- Basic computer use skills
- Ability to multi-task across multiple claims to work efficiently
- Ability to work independently to meet individual production goals

• Manage and support end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation • Monitor billing cycles, identify issues, and proactively resolve discrepancies • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure billing accuracy and alignment with contract terms • Maintain and improve billing processes and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability • Ensure data integrity across billing systems, CRM, and ERP platforms • Analyze revenue performance across customers, products, and segments to identify trends and risks • Build and maintain recurring revenue reports with actionable insights • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in partnership with FP&A • Reconcile billing and revenue data across systems to ensure completeness and accuracy • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes related to billing and revenue • Partner with Accounting to ensure proper revenue recognition (ASC 606 alignment) • Assist with audits by providing documentation and analysis • Maintain documentation of billing policies and procedures • Support enhancements and automation of billing and reporting systems • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality and reporting consistency
