• Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor and develop the Tech Recruiting team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and the dissemination of best practices. • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with leadership to understand capacity planning and translate business goals into robust hiring strategies. • Data and Metrics Vision: Monitor, analyze, and present TA metrics, using data to make strategic decisions and optimize processes. • Attraction Strategy: Develop advanced sourcing strategies, partnerships, and Employer Branding initiatives specifically targeted at the tech community. • Optimization and Technology: Evaluate, implement, and optimize the TA tool stack (ATS, technical assessment platforms, AI and automation tools), ensuring efficiency and scalability. • Candidate Experience: Ensure the end-to-end recruitment process delivers an outstanding, agile, transparent, and human experience for all candidates.

• Lead the card operations squad, ensuring deadlines are met and delivery quality • Participate in the daily financial reconciliation routine for card products (issuer and acquirers), ensuring operations properly reflect the accounting-financial position • Monitor and control volumes processed and settled for card transactions • Track and handle discrepancies in authorization files, settlement files, refunds/reversals, chargebacks and financial settlements from card brands and acquirers • Perform daily closing to review and reconcile financial balances and suspense/transit accounts • Manage the payment schedule to card brands and monitor balances related to the issuer card product • Maintain operational relationships with acquirers and card brands • Interact with internal areas: Treasury, Accounting, Product and Technology, to resolve inconsistencies and drive continuous improvement • Support the monthly closing process, ensuring all financial events are properly reconciled • Map and implement financial flows for new card operations • Participate in projects to onboard new card brands and system integrations • Identify opportunities and lead process automation initiatives using no-code/low-code tools and AI • Produce management reports and present area KPIs to management and partner teams • Monitor regulatory and operational updates from card brands, assessing impacts on reconciliation processes • Support internal and external audit requests • Ensure documentation and mapping of the area’s processes.

• Develop and refine compensation and career policies, aligning them with the company's needs and strategic objectives • Conduct Organizational Design studies, ensuring the company's structure is efficient and supports continuous growth • Conduct salary surveys and benchmarks to ensure compensation practices are aligned with market trends • Analyze fixed and variable compensation (including STIs: sales commissions, bonuses, profit-sharing (PLR), and LTIs: stock options), performing simulations and scenario projections • Ensure implementation of compensation policies and execution of salary adjustments, respecting technical criteria and internal equity • Prepare compensation studies and analyses to support managers in decision-making • Lead the strategic management of our benefits package, negotiating with vendors and identifying opportunities for improvement • Support the budgeting cycle through detailed analyses of compensation strategies

• Identify, assess and mitigate cyber risks and vulnerabilities, ensuring protection of the company’s assets • Manage the SIEM platform by creating, tuning and improving correlation rules and use cases, and defining severity and criticality levels for prioritization and response • Ingest new data sources into the SIEM, including maintenance, normalization/parsing of logs and integrations with internal and external systems • Perform and oversee continuous monitoring of security events and incidents using SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR and related solutions • Conduct threat hunting activities to proactively identify suspicious behavior and threats • Work with Threat Intelligence (production and consumption of CTI), integrate with TIPs (such as MISP), and automate IOCs • Lead investigations and incident response efforts for cyber incidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions • Create and review operational documentation and incident response playbooks/flows • Support and follow up on security tests (penetration tests) and track remediation plans • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, Central Bank regulations), supporting internal and external audits • Produce technical and management reports on security status and incidents handled, recommending continuous improvements • Support and participate in incident simulation exercises: tabletop, red team, blue team and purple team • Drive continuous improvement of SOC processes, workflows and maturity • Collaborate with internal teams on the ongoing evolution of information security practices • Mentor and train team members, promoting information security best practices

• Design and evolve credit approval, limit, and behavior models that will define the risk of the customer base • Define credit policies and rules that translate models into operational decisions • Independently extract and preprocess complex datasets • Continuously monitor portfolio performance, identifying degradation, opportunities, and necessary model adjustments • Work with Asaas's proprietary transactional data and external bureau data as modeling inputs • Build the modeling function, defining and implementing processes, methodology, rituals, and managing a team

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 employees • Supervise procurement, facilities, and logistics functions • Develop and improve internal processes, seeking efficiency, scalability, and readiness for higher demand levels • Foster an open, diverse, and collaborative work environment

• Build and optimize data models using dbt/SQL, following development best practices and governance. • Ensure data governance, quality, documentation, scalability, and business impact. • Participate in discussions with business teams to understand rules and requirements. • Work closely with software engineers to understand data structure, refresh frequency, limitations, business context, and technical specifics of data sources. • Implement data quality tests. • Monitor and maintain pipelines to ensure availability, performance, and integrity of data within your business domain. • Translate business needs into solutions aligned with data platform tools and strategies. • Provide support to the data team regarding the data platform and best practices. • Contribute to the development of Asaas's data platform.

• Identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement through root cause analyses, developing and tracking action plans in compliance with internal and regulatory policies • Implement improvements and monitor performance indicators to validate results • Map, document and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for Fraud Prevention processes • Interact with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate processes • Actively contribute to and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Fraud Prevention organization
