Job Description

Revenue Analyst

Fortive

• Manage and support end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation • Monitor billing cycles, identify issues, and proactively resolve discrepancies • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure billing accuracy and alignment with contract terms • Maintain and improve billing processes and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability • Ensure data integrity across billing systems, CRM, and ERP platforms • Analyze revenue performance across customers, products, and segments to identify trends and risks • Build and maintain recurring revenue reports with actionable insights • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in partnership with FP&A • Reconcile billing and revenue data across systems to ensure completeness and accuracy • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes related to billing and revenue • Partner with Accounting to ensure proper revenue recognition (ASC 606 alignment) • Assist with audits by providing documentation and analysis • Maintain documentation of billing policies and procedures • Support enhancements and automation of billing and reporting systems • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality and reporting consistency

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in billing operations, revenue analysis, or financial operations
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and revenue drivers
  • Advanced Excel skills (large datasets, reconciliations, modeling)
  • Experience with CRM and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Role Description We are seeking two experienced Sr Beaker Analysts to support the Norton LIS team on a contract basis. These consultants will play a critical role in delivering project-based work, owning initiatives from start to finish with minimal supervision.
