• The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in advancing Newtrient’s customer-driven conservation projects through evaluating dairy farms and recommending a range of solutions that drive on-farm efficiencies, reduce the environmental footprint, enhance resiliency and improve economic viability. • Conduct farm assessments to evaluate baseline conditions and to develop farm-specific plans with economically viable recommendations for practices and technologies that reduce a farms environmental footprint. • Provide support for industry resources on environmental practices and technologies including managing initiatives related to evaluating technologies, practices, manure additives, and feed additives for Newtrient's Solution Catalog. • Serve as a subject matter expert on dairy farm practices and technologies through direct direction consultation with farms interested in adopting practices and technologies as well as dairy companies and trade associations engaged in the processing, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of dairy products. • Provide technical expertise on existing and emerging policies affecting dairy farms through conversations with Newtrient members, the dairy community, vendors, and industry stakeholders. • Participate in industry groups, such as the American Biogas Council, to stay abreast of industry developments and to insure a voice for the dairy industry.

• Support execution of farm-level environmental programs (e.g., RCPP, DFA AMP, and related initiatives), including scheduling farm calls, coordinating assessments, tracking participation, and ensuring all activities align with program workplans and deliverables • Support development of sustainability reports and program deliverables by preparing first-draft inputs, organizing farm-level data, compiling survey and assessment results, and formatting materials to support analysis and reporting • Support updates to Newtrient’s Solutions Catalog and related sustainability resources by organizing technology evaluation inputs, maintaining documentation, and preparing structured summaries of on-farm practices and solutions to support internal review and farmer-facing materials • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver materials for sustainability presentations and meetings • Provide coordination support across Newtrient-led projects by tracking tasks, maintaining project documentation, supporting workflow organization, and assisting with cross-team communication to ensure timely execution of deliverables • Support routine updates to Newtrient communications channels, including assisting with website updates, document management, and drafting or formatting contributions to Newtrient News and related communications materials as directed

Role Description The Analyst, Sustainability Programs supports the execution of Newtrient’s customer-driven conservation projects through hands-on coordination, data collection, and development of project deliverables across multiple implementation initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting farm-level assessment activities, preparing inputs for reports and recommendations, and ensuring timely execution of operational components across projects. The Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining day-to-day project momentum by managing logistics, organizing data and materials, and supporting the production of deliverables that inform farmer-facing sustainability solutions in the dairy sector. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
