• Ejecutar talleres de Kick-Off y conducir sesiones de levantamiento de requerimientos con stakeholders del negocio. • Modelar procesos AS-IS y TO-BE utilizando herramientas de diagramación como Lucidchart o equivalentes. • Implementar procesos ejecutables en SAP NetWeaver BPM Studio para cumplir con los requerimientos BPM. • Diseñar e implementar automatizaciones bajo filosofía Low-Code / No-Code en SAP Build Process Automation. • Configurar el sistema SAP BPA e integrarlo con los satélites del landscape de integración del cliente. • Conducir pruebas de aceptación (UAT) con key users y proveer soporte funcional y técnico. • Transferir conocimiento a los usuarios clave y proveer soporte continuo durante y después del Go-Live. • Participar en comités de proyecto, reportar avances y gestionar cambios bajo la metodología SAP Activate.
Job Requirements
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
- Deseable certificación SAP en BPM, BPA o SAP BTP.
- Mínimo 4 años implementando soluciones SAP, con al menos 2 proyectos completados en SAP NetWeaver BPM Studio.
- Experiencia en SAP Build Process Automation o SAP Workflow Management sobre SAP BTP.
- Aplicación de la metodología SAP Activate.
- Experiencia en el sector financiero/bancario altamente valorada.
- Conocimientos Técnicos: SAP NetWeaver BPM Studio, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Business Technology Platform, Modelado de procesos BPMN 2.0, herramientas de diagramación (Lucidchart, Visio o equivalente), gestión de landscapes SAP, gestión de licenciamiento SAP.
