• Own and actively manage the finance inbox, ensuring timely responses and effective coordination. • Lead the accounts payable process for external creators, freelancers and suppliers. • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. • Support month-end activities and provide reporting across various business functions. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis where required. • Continuously improve finance processes to increase accuracy and efficiency. • Manage the onboarding experience for new colleagues joining Aperture. • Build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates to support the agency's ongoing growth. • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit. • Partner with hiring managers to create clear job descriptions and maintain active vacancies within the ATS. • Support wider people initiatives in partnership with the Finance & Operations Director, including employee engagement, performance processes and organisational development. • Ensure HR processes are administered accurately and in line with relevant policies and legislation. • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of systems and tools used across the agency, spanning project management, finance and HR. • Partner closely with business leaders to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency. • Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring actions are delivered on time and to a high standard. • Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance the employee experience. • Maintain a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting the day-to-day needs of the business.

• Define and evolve the architecture, strategy, and long-term roadmap for PadSplit's financial services domain. • Design and build secure, scalable systems supporting payments, billing, collections, and ledger management. • Lead integrations with banks, payment processors, fintech partners, and financial service providers. • Collaborate closely with Finance, Product, and Engineering leaders to align technical solutions with business objectives. • Establish and drive best practices around reliability, observability, transaction integrity, and financial accuracy. • Mentor senior and staff engineers through architecture reviews, technical guidance, and engineering leadership. • Lead investigation, resolution, and prevention efforts for issues impacting financial systems and money movement. • Assess emerging technologies, payment solutions, and AI capabilities that improve efficiency, reliability, or customer experience.

• Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, the Vice President of Finance and Operations is Meridian's senior business operations leader • Responsible for the financial stewardship and operational scalability of the firm • Oversees Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Recruiting, Legal, and operational governance • Ensures systems, processes, controls, and infrastructure necessary to support continued growth are in place • Manage a lean internal team supported by specialized third-party partners • Serve as a strategic partner to the Managing Partner, providing financial insight, operational discipline, and organizational leadership across the enterprise

• Review and refine AI-generated content related to corporate finance strategy, financial planning, and risk management • Assess the accuracy and relevance of AI suggestions in financial decision-making, compliance, reporting, and cashflow management • Develop real-world scenarios and case studies based on your experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader • Create scenario variations reflecting financial best practices, strategic planning, and regulatory requirements • Identify risks, ambiguities, or errors in AI-generated content, providing actionable, structured feedback to improve reliability • Guide AI systems to better understand and implement senior-level financial leadership concepts
