Role Description In this exciting new role, you will lead the team responsible for developing and implementing standardized sales forecasting, program interlock, targeting and territory planning. You will be responsible for ensuring we are optimizing our bookings target approaches across the business and maximizing our revenue and profit potential. - Develop forecasts for software products and services across worldwide geographies and all customer segments. - Own the single source of truth for the TAC regarding the market sizing, targets and forecasting for all segments, regions and products within the business unit. - Partner with market research and product marketing teams to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. - Analyze performance data and metrics to identify opportunities for forecast optimization and revenue and margin growth opportunities. - Collaborate with product management, sales, and finance teams to align targets and forecasts with strategies with business objectives. - Lead analysis and forecast modeling to determine accurate forecast methodologies and mitigate risks by surfacing opportunities and maintaining interlock across the business. - Monitor and evaluate performance, making recommendations for adjustments as needed. - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact TAC. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. - Manage team responsible for ensuring tight interlock with current funnel and dealflow, customer programs, industry trends, territory assignments, targets and business goals. - Present strategies and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. - Partner with sales, operations and data analytics teams to ensure an interlocked view of the current state and future forecast. - Lead interlock and governance process for TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods, bringing together cross-functional teams to evaluate deals, assess probabilities and assist sales teams on deal structuring and strategies. • Manage the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Performance across a designated number of Dealer Partners. • Build value with your Mazda partners agreeing F&I business plans designed to demonstrate the value F&I can add to their business and their customers • Work with your designated Mazda partners to develop and implement consistent customer focused finance sales processes, enabling consumers to make informed vehicle funding decisions which lead to good customer outcomes • Drive Used car finance performance through structured and targeted review meetings linked to support levels. Identify and implement action plans to address performance issues in collaboration with your Line Manager. • Collaborate closely with Dealer partners and MMUK to demonstrate the value of Total Trade Cycle Management. Ensure consistency of robust structures, processes, capability and capacity are in place to fully maximise renewal opportunities. • Conduct quarterly C4L performance reviews with Dealer partners to assess lead activity and outbound contact quality.
